Professionally furnished and decorated with a nod to both coastal and modern farmhouse design, this six bedroom home is sure to impress everyone in your group.
The good times begin on the ground level, with an expansive private pool complete with hot tub and tiki bar. In the backyard, children and your four-legged family members will enjoy barefoot fun in the landscaped yard with sodded lawn. Direct access from the pool area to the den, which features a wet bar with full-size fridge and microwave, is perfect for convenient and seamless indoor/outdoor living. The den is also furnished with a sectional sofa, card/poker table and TV, making it practically a second living area. The garage is set up as a game area with a ping pong table and a two-player, arcade-style basketball game. A bedroom on the ground level connects to a semi-private bath with a roll-under sink, roll-in shower and 32-inch wide doorways, ideal for guests with accessibility needs. There's also an elevator that goes from the ground floor to both upper levels, making unpacking luggage a groceries a breeze. The property was clean and comfortable. We had a minor issue in that the propane tank for the grill was empty. Found out right as we were about to start grilling. Thankfully Harris Teeter is right up the road. We would have loved to enjoy the pool but the weather was cloudy and in the 60s the whole time.- Posted: 6/1/2023

House was amazing. We had a great time only thing I noticed was there was a pool heater and the pool was cold would have liked to have an option to pay extra money to be able to warm the pool up some .other then that the house and views were amazing. Thanks- Posted: 3/18/2023

We were a group of 8 adults (over 55) doing some volunteer work at the Audubon Sanctuary so were away from the house during the day. We found the accommodation comfortable and convenient. Although the house was not specifically soundfront, we had a nice view of the sound. The kitchen was well equipped, and although the main living area was adequate for us, I think it would be crowded for a larger group. The acoustics were not good however due to the hard plank flooring and vaulting ceiling, and the space would benefit with more area rugs to soften the echoes. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in spite of the cold weather.- Posted: 3/1/2023
