It's also ideal for launching kayaks and paddleboards, as well as fishing or crabbing right behind the house. Colington Harbour is a family-friendly, gated community without any of the busy beach traffic. You'll have access to a variety of neighborhood amenities that guests of all ages will enjoy, including an outdoor pool, soundside beach and playground.
In addition to the private boat dock, the waterfront backyard oasis at Come Sail Away includes a fire pit and plenty of Adirondack seating for spending the evenings with loved ones and admiring the gorgeous sunsets. A spacious deck spans the entire width of the house, creating an expansive outdoor living and dining area that leads directly to the backyard and dock. Inside, the open-concept great room boasts soaring ceilings and a wall of oversized windows and doors for a fabulous canal view and effortless indoor/outdoor flow. Original pine paneling in the living area adds to the coastal appeal, and well-maintained hardwood floors flow throughout the common areas. Get dinner started in the fully stocked kitchen with double wall oven and bar seating for three. Two bedrooms and a full bath are also located on the main level. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms that share a beautifully remodeled full bath. A loft space on the third floor is furnished with a king bed and private half bath.
Additional community amenities include tennis courts and a boat launch. When you're ready to hit the beach, hop in the car and take a ten-minute drive to the Ocean Bay Blvd. public beach access which includes a bath house and plenty of free parking.
Can’t stay an entire week? Come Sail Away is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance. Avoid the weekend traffic by choosing any day of the week for check-in and check-out.
