We enjoyed our stay at Turtles Nest. The house was clean (one thing I was worried about before arriving) and had everything needed so we didn’t even need to leave the house (pool, hot tub, putting green, pool table). The house could definitely use a second full refrigerate downstairs. The pool liner is all crumpled at the bottom and kept losing water all week. The beds are a bit hard but we managed. Overall, I would definitely rent this home again if my budget allows. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home!- Posted: 8/25/2024

We had a great 2 weeks vacation in this house. It is very spacious and the floor plan allows everyone to enjoy their own space.The trolley stop is right across the street making it very convenient to get to the beach.The only suggestion I would have for this home is it needs a second full size refrigerator. We have been vacationing in the Outer Banks for the last 15 summers and this was one of my favorite homes!!!- Posted: 7/11/2023

Very nice house. Large enough that we were not on top of each other with our large family. Plenty of things to do in the house and nearby. Elevator was huge help after long day at beach and small kids to carry to bed. Nice pool area with decent amount of privacy. Turtles Nest was the perfect home for our large family to come together. There was something for everyone in this home. The golfers enjoyed having putting contest and pool tournaments, while others enjoyed quiet reading in the sun room. We are a family of Penn Staters so the Penn State-opoly was a hit as well! The spacious pool area with ample loungers was a nice retreat after a day on the beach. The fully stocked kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We never missed a sunset as the sound was a short walk across the street. We couldn’t have had a better vacation!- Posted: 7/1/2023
