Sunset on the Sound is a great home. It is clean, well-furnished and very comfortable. The views of the sound are incredible. The elevator is a major plus. We have spent a number of weeks here and it always feels like coming home.

Very pleased with the Realty management company and the unit we were staying in. The code system and having all the information at your fingertips (through the online portal) was easy to use. The description of the unit was accurate and the location was great for us. Would definitely book with Village Realty again.

The view was great, loved watching the sunset while sitting on the deck. The traffic noise was pretty much nonexistent.

Very nice place. The views were amazing and the place was nice and clean. It’s not very well stocked so if you’re going be cooking there, make sure you bring your own spices and stuff. Overall, we loved it and will definitely do it again.

Beautiful home and awesome sound views. Enjoyed our short stay. If you plan to cook, kitchen seemed to be a little lacking in pots/pans.

One of the best vacation rentals that we have stayed in. Very clean, very nice furniture and beds, plenty of kitchen utensils. Outstanding view, the elevator made the trips up and down the town house very easy. Village realty very easy to work with. Would definitely stay at this rental again. Dan & Judy

We were lucky to be able to be able to stay here. It is an ideal vacation getaway with spectacular views, charming decor, and a decently stocked kitchen. We enjoyed walking in the scenic, quiet development. Billy’s seafood is a treat to have nearby. The location is great, close to everything but away from the crowds.

Very Nice Place. Great View. Place was very Clean and well kept. We like the area away from main people at the beach. Just a short ride to every thing. Village realty personal were great to work with and accommodating. We will keep this one in mine for next trip.

Extremely comfortable! Loved the view. A few suggestions…put three way bulbs in the bedroom lamps for reading. More than one dish towel would be nice. Extra tissues and toilet paper. With the construction on ColingtonRoad, a better sign at the entrance would be helpful.

Beautiful property in a very convenient location. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well-provisioned. The furniture is comfortable and in good condition. The hot tub was a nice perk during cold weather. Overall we really enjoyed our time here._x000D__x000D_The property does need some repair. Several of the seals on the main upper level windows facing the ocean have gone bad, significantly obscuring the view. Two of the units on the gas stove are worn and don`t cook evenly. The refrigerator water filter was expired and the water flow was slow. Some decking around the pool is old and splintered. The jets and the temperature control on the hot tub were not working. And the front door keypad entry did not work for us after the first day. _x000D__x000D_We very much appreciate Village Realty making the effort to find this property for us at the last minute when the home we originally reserved was unexpected unavailable due to construction delays. We also had to call maintenance once, and the team was very responsive and helpful.

Quite, calm, and peaceful. Lovely location. Friendly neighbors. And wonderful light in the house to enjoy the sunny mornings and evenings. The unit had most of the necessary house items needed to enjoy the week. It would have been nice to have a hand held shower wand for the outside shower. ?
