What a beautiful place! The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The beach is a very short walk away. The air hockey table in the basement and the hot tub were the highlight of the stay for the kids. The neighborhood is well situated for walking and biking to local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Highly recommend!- Posted: 9/29/2024

The house is wonderful and worked extremely well for our group. It has been updated and looked better than the photos on the website. The house was clean and in excellent condition. Kitchen was well stocked. Washer/Dryer worked very well. Beach access is very close and convenient. Everyone was very pleased with the house, hot tub and pool. There were only two minor issues: the outdoor charcoal grill was unusable due to dirt and grime and the downstairs shower pressure was exceedingly bad. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay for all of us. I would recommend updating the website to show the improvements, and remove the reference to the pool table, which has been replaced with an air hockey table, which was a lot of fun. And we all loved the ping pong option for the dining room table - there were many games played and enjoyed. Overall, a great house!- Posted: 6/1/2023

Had a lovely week here. House is so close to the beach access point! Super convenient! The master bathroom has the best shower I`ve ever been in. Tons of space in the house, great layout. Everything was in perfect condition. Would absolutely stay here again and again.- Posted: 10/1/2020

Absolutely wonderful stay. The house is well laid out and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with LOTS of silverware, mugs, plates, pans, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig single cup maker. The master bathroom has recently been remodeled and is luxurious feeling. You can see the ocean from various windows but especially from the top balcony where there are Adirondack chairs; a great spot for a morning coffee. There is a large (smart) TV in the living room where we were able to sign into our streaming accounts and keep our movies with us. The large dining room table sat everyone together, not something we have often been able to do at other beach houses. The beds were of a great size and spread for our group. The pool and hottub were used daily in addition to beach trips. Beach access was very close, even my 3-year old didn`t mind the walk. It feels like a home away from home.
