Our first time staying at Beach Boys. Beautiful home. Excellent attention to detail. Kitchen so well stocked it made preparing meals a breeze. The owners called to check on us and assured we had all we needed to have a great vacation. It did not feel like a vacation home rental. It felt like home! We will definitely return. My 86 year old dad did not want to leave! The hot tub, pool, sunrises on the deck all amazing. Plenty of space to have private time, read, work on puzzles, watch movies in theater, play pool and more I am forgetting. Thank you John and Katie Anderson for sharing your beautiful home.

Beach Boys was perfect for our family vacation of 3 generations! House was beautifully appointed with so many special touches! The owner called on day 2 to see how we were doing! Will be back next year!!

Photos did justice to what we found when we arrived. The responsiveness of the owner and Airbnb were absolutely when we did not know how use something or a feature needed attention. I couldn't believe how quickly!! someone called me or knocked on the door to resolve any minor question. All owners should be judged against this house owner's attentiveness.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautifully decorated, yet cozy and comfortable home with my extended family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. There were puzzles, games, and books just in case of rain. We enjoyed watching the NBA playoffs and movies in the home theater. Beach chairs were available for our use. Plenty of poolside lounge chairs, and a well maintained hot tub. The home’s owner called early in our visit to make sure everything was working and answer any questions we might have had. The exterior doors and pool gate have childproof locks that help keep the little ones safe, and the private walkway to the beach and shower made beach time so enjoyable. We had everything we needed to have a great week in a great beach house!

I had an issue with the original property I had booked, and Rabekah handled it perfectly!! She was courteous, understanding, and very professional. We ended up staying at a beautiful property at her suggestion, that I think was even better than the original booking. We will definitely look to Village Realty for our rental needs in the future!!

We rented Beach Boys and the house had everything you could ask for which included a pool and theater room. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed both. It was a very fun vacation for all our family and friends that stayed with us. We highly recommend this house.

We have come to this house the last couple years for a family and friends vacation, and I have to say it`s the best beach house we have ever rented. Not only is the realty company helpful, communicative, but respects your privacy: the house itself is beautiful and set up so that it`s easy for different couples or families to enjoy their own space while still presenting spacious common areas for everyone to enjoy!

Our Family had an incredible stay at Beach Boys. The house has substantial space and a great array of amentities. Our 3 genreations from Age 5 to 73 had a wonderful trip. Large pool, great boardwalk, bunk bedrooms, theatre, hot tub... we enjoyed it all and would choose this house again upon returning to OBX.

The house meet the needs of three families. We each had out own spot to retreat to, and there was plenty of spaces for family time together. The kids enjoyed the pool and we had fun watching a movie in the theater room. Love it here.

What a comfortable, fun place to stay! We loved the convenience of the location and its direct access to the beach. Kids were thrilled about the theatre room on a couple of rainy days. The host was super kind and accommodating, even checking in on us a few times with a phone call to make sure we were all set and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my children and now also my grandchildren to the outer banks for the week between Christmas and New Years for over 25 years. We have stayed in several houses,some just once and others for several years. We rented Beach Boys for the first time this year and soon after check in discovered the theator room projector did not work, ( with 7 grand children all with Christmas games and movies ) this was a Big deal. I call and left a voice mail with management, with in the hour we got a call from the home owner. He tried to walk us thru a few things to fix the problem but none of them worked. Early the next day the owner had some one install a new projector. Problem solved ! In all my beach rental experience I have rarely had any problem solved this fast and never by the home owner. This is a Great house with a Great owner who cares and takes care of his property and his renters. What else could you want.

We enjoyed a fantastic week at Beach Boys. The house was all we expected and more. A bit odd it may seem, but one of the greatest perks of this place is how very easy and convenient it is to run over to the store (spoken as one who is in charge of coming up with dinner plans or if there is not enough milk, bread or toaster strudels etc. -LOL). Duck Donuts is also right across the street as well. The pool area was a great hang out and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. The shade afforded at different times of the day in these areas was fantastic too. The pool table created opportunity for a fun weeklong pool tournament. The theater room was fantastic. Our first two days we were having trouble with the wifi connection dropping in the theater room, but upon notifying the owner, he immediately called his tech guy and had a mesh system installed. Problem solved! The view is just so beautiful outside of those upper living area windows. Picture perfect. And the table is even larger than it appears in the pictures. It provided plenty of room for the 16 of us to all enjoy eating together. AND, the two dishwashers made sure we always had clean dishes available. Our beach time was enjoyable too. A bit difficult to climb the dunes sometimes for our mom in laws, (maybe a dune mat would help?) We really can`t complain though. It was all we could have hoped for. We were very blessed to be able to stay at Beach Boys and would do it again in a heartbeat.

“Beach Boys” checks all of the boxes and then some! This was our 2nd time renting this magnificent home and we’ve already booked our 3rd stay for next year! This house is extremely well taken care of and thought out. The amenities and views are spectacular and there is way ample room for everyone. The location is EXTREMELY convenient to shopping as well as great restaurants. My wife loves the kitchen (which we used a lot on this particular trip), and the kids and I really enjoy the theatre room. The pool is huge and the outside spaces are plentiful. It’s truly remarkable. I like how easy it is to walk to the beach right from the deck, especially with little kids. I think older adults would find it super easy as well.I could go on and on but here is what really makes it special for my family and separates it from the rest, it truly feels like “home”. The decor and furniture is warming and extremely clean and comfortable. Its not under done, it’s not over done, it’s just right and spectacularly decorated and furnished. It’s like right out of a Pottery Barn beach catalogue! The owner’s and the cleaning staff take meticulous care of the home. I’ve been coming to the Outer Banks since I was a small child and I’m 44 now and this is the home that my family is in love with (all of the homes are great but this one is special). The owner’s really thought of everything and took great measures to ensure comfort, cleanliness, and fun. The beds are super comfortable too (which can be difficult to find sometimes). We highly recommend “Beach Boys” and plan to keep coming back as long as they will have us.-the Burtons
