Dune Ridge is a spacious oceanfront duplex that features 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths, making it the perfect getaway for larger families or groups. Enjoy breathtaking views from both the great room and the top-level deck. A private walkway, shared only with the other side of the duplex, takes you directly to the pristine beach, where you can soak up the sun, swim, surf, or search for shells and sea glass.

After a day of beach activities, unwind in your very own private hot tub. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate everyone comfortably, featuring 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, and 1 triple bunk bed. This allows plenty of sleeping options for adults and kids alike. With 4 full baths, there's no waiting around when it’s time to freshen up after a day of fun in the sun. Dune Ridge is designed for comfort and enjoyment, allowing you to create lasting OBX memories. Plus, you're conveniently close to a variety of local restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. So relaxing!

Loved the location and view from our house. Would go again.

Our family have been going to the outer banks for many years. This was the very best experience we have ever had. The cottage was very clean, well stocked with great appliances, everything we needed was there. Communication from Village Realty was above and beyond what we experienced with other companies. Hats off to all the people behind the scenes that made our stay so enjoyable.

What a beautiful home--so large and roomy with nice furnishings and features! The only disappointment was that the walkway from the gazebo to the beach, pictured in the property information, was gone! Oh, and there were some ants in the kitchen toward the end of the week, even though we kept all the food either in the refrigerator or thoroughly wrapped and always cleaned up carefully. The house worked well for us, being so close to the beach. We all (mom, two adult children and spouses, and two grandsons) loved it!

The house was perfect for our family! It was spacious and the kitchen was furnished with anything you could want. My wife made the comment of how superior this house was to the penthouse we stayed in at Ocean City, Md. Cant speak high enough about this property.

Eleven of us (ages 1-57) stayed in this wonderful home for a weeks vacation. Every family had their own room and were quite comfortable with the space. The few issues we had were minor...lots of ants, too soft mattresses in 3 bedrooms & too few towels per person. We had only one problem when the dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor but Village Realty maintenance came instantly to repair. The maintainer was delightful. We will return!

We are throughly enjoying our week here. Love the house, the location, and the view. Also appreciated the prompt service when our key pad needed to be replaced. We also like our time at the OBX.

Unit DE07A: Dune Ridge, located at 5021 South Virginia Dare Trail Nags Head, NC 27959 was great. Plenty of room, lots of extras, short track to the beach. Highly recommend it!

This beach-front house has a beautiful close-up view of the dunes, sand and water. The sunrises were incredible! We were very comfortable in this house with our large party of 12 with plenty of spaces to hang out. We would absolutely stay here again (and hope to do so)! Village Realty was very helpful to us with a couple of special things that we needed! They made it all so easy!
