Property was good. Village Realty staff was extremely helpful and attentive. We had one major issue with the house. The decking is in bad shape. My husband got a splinter so large the second day we were here we had to go to the urgent care to get an antibiotic and a follow up when we get home to have the remaining wood removed. He is still unable to walk in his foot. There are holes in the decking around the pool and lots of soft spots that are ready to give out. More than one of the kids had multiple splinters removed from their feet. Other than the decking this house was exactly as advertised!

Great Beach House with a great layout. Every set of parents had their own bedroom and bathroom while the kids were able to stay downstairs. Great pool area and right on the beach. Super close to everything in Nags Head. Food Lion, Duck Donuts, West Marine, Fresh Market, Tanger Outlers.

Wonderful house!!! Everything was so clean, great and intact. Company is so responsive. Only two things I can mention is possibly a blue tarp walk to the beach (we called the hill the devils elbow) and parking is difficult (but we managed)!

The property was very clean and the pool was beautiful. Many of the large windows looking out to the beach seemed to have broken seals and were completely steamed up making them unable to see out of. That was disappointing and different from the advertising. The same is true of the advertised “walkway to the beach”. It was almost impossible to climb the dunes on both ends (especially the beach side when the sand was hot). All of the other properties along our beach had some type of modified walkway, so the dunes could not have been the issue. The pool table did not have a rack for the balls and was pretty warped and dirty but the house was otherwise immaculate. There was a leaking ceiling in the powder room the one evening when it rained, and it needed a bucket. The flies were horrible. Left behind 2 swatters. The kitchen was very well stocked and the seating was great for eating and games. We all found it interesting how small the showers were for a house that large, but it did not take away from anything. We had a wonderful trip and loved the home as a whole. Thank you.

The trip was great. The house was clean and had everything we needed when we arrived. Check in and check out we’re super easy, and the house and location were great. We had plenty of room for 14 and it was right in the beach. Would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay Christmas week. Close to the beach, close to the grocery store, no need to drive all week - just the way we like it! This home has some little extras that we really appreciated: labeled light switches, well stocked kitchen, and laundry hampers in every bedroom.

Clean clean clean. Very clean and well maintained home bringing in the new year with my family. I am normally a stickler about these things but this place was immaculate. So much room and the neighborhood was so friendly. Police station a block away so felt secure. Views were great and so much room. Booking again for next year already!!!!!
