This place was amazing. The pool, location, house, beach are beautiful. We had a great time. The only thing we could say is that they need to supply more bath towels. Besides that cannot say enough of the place.

This house was rented for an extended family vacation and it was the perfect location for our family. The house was beautiful and easy to access. Check in was easy as well as check out. We all enjoyed our stay.
The kitchen if fully equipped and the bedrooms all have an en suite. Perfect for multi family use! Highly recommend!
The only thing I would say that needs to be addressed is what is included in the listing. After booking I asked if the house had any baby items (high chair, pack and play). They said no it was not listed that they had these items available. However, they told me that there is a rental company that I could rent these items from during our stay. We decided to bring our own instead. Yet when we arrived they had both of the items I requested in a closet available for use.
This would have been very helpful to have accurate information instead of having to pack these items.
Otherwise, a great stay and we hope to come back next year.

This was a great property that is very suitable for a larger family. The smaller kid pool is perfect for toddlers. It was stocked well, had a lot of pool and beach items. The double dish washer and washer / dryer made cleaning a lot easier! The only downfall of the home is the walkway to the beach, public access is beside it which was nice but the climb up and down the dunes became very tiring and hard to do with kids. We only had one issue and Village Realty came out immediately to address the issue. I would book this home again and use Village Realty again!

We had a great week in Nags Head. The property was cleaned very well prior to our arrival. It was a great space for all ages and had all the amenities we were looking for. We loved being so close to the beach and had amazing views. The property location is ideal because it was very close to area attractions and grocery stores. A dishwasher needed to be repaired during our visit and the repairs were communicated clearly and resolved quickly. We would highly recommend this house.

The house was the perfect choice for our growing family. The pool and outside area was lovely. The baby pool was great!! The house was clean and fully equipped. The only negatives were the ice maker on top floor wasn`t working, the dryer on bottom floor is very slow, the router is slow, many of the window shades were broken, some decking needs repairs and there were many nails on front porch that need to be nailed down--I ripped my dress on one. But overall we enjoyed our stay. We had hoped to book an earlier stay next year but the house isn`t available. We would love to return.

This was our first trip to OBX. We had a wonderful week. This house has everything you could need. Great location and the beach and pool couldn`t be beat. We had a few maintenance issues and they were addressed swiftly. We paid for the early access and got in at 1 with full access to the home. We had babies, teens and a ninety year old grandfather and all were happy. A couple things could be improved: the deck is rickety and dangerous in spots, the dryers are all inefficient and a couple of the downstairs fridges/freezers do not work well. We would stay again!

We always love our family vacations in OBX and this year provided even more thansatisfaction in this home. Wed stayed next door in the past and love the design of the house and location. We happened to meet the owner on arrival and she was incredibly accommodating, which got the week off to a great start.

This was our first family vacation in many many years. My wife and I were excited to have our grown adult children and grandchildren all together for a week of fun. The OBX vacation house, DE21N: Satisfaction, was perfect for our entire family and we had a great time together!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean! The kitchen had all necessities you needed and more. All the rooms were beautifully kept. Beds were comfortable. Extremely dog friendly! Had many dog accessories that made caring for easier. The only negative thing I can say is that there was new landscaping occurring during the week. They started working at 7AM and didn't finish until 4/5PM. Which made it difficult to sleep in and uncomfortable for my 20 y/o girls to be at the pool without feeling watched. This was our first time renting from Village Realty. We were very impressed with the customer service provided. I really liked the regular communication via text and email. We have been coming to Nags Head for years. You checked all of our boxes. We will be back!! Thank you for the memories!!

This house is great for large groups I want to point out that there is mold growing on most of the shower heads. The master bedroom fireplace has a burning smell when lit. We did not use for that reason. The refrigerator had a very bad stain on the shelf. The oven has had something spilled on the inside of the door. We walked into it like this. Nothing hampered our stay but thought you should be aware.

My husband and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and planned this trip with friends pre-covid. We were so worried we wouldn't be able to do it. We all got tested, and headed down for the most amazing week! The house is absolutely beautiful--the photos don't do it justice. And each bedroom has it's own bath, which is great! We paid extra to keep the heated pool open and the hot tub, and it was worth every penny. The kitchen has so pots, pans, utensils, etc., we didn't have to buy a single thing, and we cooked every day. Overall, I cannot recommend the place enough. Thank you!!!!

We just got back from spending 2 glorious weeks at the magnificent vacation property! From the beautiful views, to the well kept home, it was more than we expected! The only thing to improve was clearer directions for things like the TV, Movie room, and Jacuzzi tub. While we did figure it out, some of the directions were not helpful. The water pressure in the kitchen sink is not so great....but not a showstopper. Would definitely recommend to our friends and plan on coming back in the future!
