Positioned in the Dolphin Run community, you'll enjoy stunning ocean views from the spacious, oversized decks—ideal for creating cherished memories with family and friends during your Outer Banks getaway.

As an added bonus, you'll have access to the Village Beach Club, which features a large junior Olympic-sized pool, a kiddie pool, a snack bar, and a bathhouse, making it a perfect spot for a fun day in the sun!

Parking for 4 cars. No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use.

We loved our stay! Such a beautiful house with anything you could ever need, we loved that they had extra beach chairs, sand toys and a grill we could cook on! Super easy walk to the beach as you’re right on Virginia dare, and although you’re in community it was very quiet in the area! Super close to the dunes, shopping and lots of great restaurants! My only complaint is the community pool is only opened weekends after Labor Day and we had hoped to use the pool more but overall we had a great week!

The house was clean had everything you needed for your stay. The location was awesome. Right across the road from the beach access and the Village Realty Beach club. There was a lifeguard right at the access and clean bathrooms at the beach access also. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great home. Great location. Loved the outdoor shower. The ac works perfectly. Great experience. Quickly fixes any problems. The only issue I saw is that the cleaning company doesnt do a great job cleaning but overall happy

Week getaway

Great location, close to the beach access for surf fishing and pier. Close to some of our favorite restaurants to eat. House was very comfy for our week get away.
