Well built and designed home, great location with well-stocked kitchen supplies. Note: company provides limited towels and toilet paper and no toiletries.

Absolutely loved the fact that there was a high chair! I do recommend bringing a sound machine for the downstairs rooms, because you can hear people walking upstairs. We brought one so that our kids wouldn’t wake up.

We were back again for two weeks leading up to Memorial Day weekend. We had a great stay as my mother loves this house. We will be back again next May. Location could not be any better as we were close to Manteo and the outlets. The house was great but, could use a few things like a broom and more trash cans. I am glad that the owner added a hot tub and a new fridge, stove, dishwasher , trash can. We can not complain as our views were great. Our dog also likes the house.

Lovely comfortable well stocked home. Loved its bright and airy feeling, multiple decks on this quiet street. Highly recommend this pet friendly home! Also very clean.

Our 12th yr coming to OBX, 10th with Village Realty. This was a different house for us this year. Our normal one wasnt available. This one was a recent renovation. Nicely done. A few minor issues with smoke alarm batteries and the clothes dryer, but VR was right on the spot with quick and friendly service. No blankets in this home, but VR brought us 3 new ones within a few hours. Perfect. Well be back next year!

We stayed at DR 31 last May for two weeks and loved it. My mom was with us and she could not stop talking about the house. The location was great and the lay out could not be any better. The house is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The house is pet friendly and just wonderful. The staff at Villiage Realty are the best. We will be back again this year for two weeks.

For the most part, the house was very clean. The beds weren`t the greatest and left a few people with sore backs. The location was nice, with the beach and pool being within walkable distance. The pool offered kids activities almost everyday, which my children enjoyed. The house could use a little updating, such as the beds and the bathrooms, but overall we were pleased with our stay.

Great spacious and bright beach house. Clean and well equipped. A short walk to beach. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac there was no traffic.

Just what we needed for a great spring break with family and friends. The property is clean! The appliances are new. There is a TV in every room. WiFi service is great. Great location. Just a block to the beach. The property is in a cul-de-sac. Our kids enjoyed time playing and biking outside. I can’t think of any cons about this property. Will saved this listing for next time. My family has been coming to OBX since 1994. This was a super clean house. Easy walk to the beach, nice updated kitchen and baths, easy access to shops and grocery store. Had a great time. Thanks to the owners and to Village Realty for a great stay!
