The house is beautiful! It's even nicer than the pictures! This was our second stay at the house & hope for many more. A beautiful view of the ocean and the sound in a great location close to the shops & restaurants in Duck. Love it!!

We enjoyed our stay at the house in Duck NC. It was a beautiful home and in a peaceful, quiet location. The beach was a short walk away. The home was clean, fully equipped and the amenities all worked well. We would definitely return again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. Even though the house was not beachfront, you could see the ocean and the sound- just with a turn of your head! The kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed. I wish the anemities of 2 bicycles, beach chairs, a beach wagon and 2 beach towels would have been listed. The jets did not work in 2 corners of the hot tub and the fridge temp seemed to be set a little higher than would have been optimal but these were just minor issues compared to all of the positives. The home was very clean and well kept. The area was quiet and peaceful- very relaxing. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay for two adults and four teens. It was close to the beach or the bay and a ten minute walk to downtown Duck. The beds and family room furniture were very comfy. We loved the hot tub and the balcony. Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms! Pristine condition

Our family of five absolutely loved this house. The layout of the bedrooms, the chefs kitchen with all the necessities, a workspace with monitor for those of us that need to always work, the hot tub and games - all the amenities are thoughtful and lend to a perfect vacation house. The house is close to the town of Duck with all the restaurants, shops, coffee and yoga. A convenient bike/ jogging path to town from the neighborhood was also great to take advantage of.
Was the perfect space for our Spring Break vacation!

Beautiful home! Looked exactly like the photos. Very clean, comfortable beds, and the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen! We loved the hot tub and hangout space under the house. We will definitely book this home again!

Beautiful home, ample space for a big family or group of friends. Quiet neighborhood. Very accessible to the beach. Rooms are very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms are big and nicely decorated with elegant bathtubs. Kitchen has utensils you need to prepare a meal. I must mention that it’s a place where they allow pets, don’t be surprised if you find pet hair through the house. We found a lot of long black hairs (seems from a large dog) in the bathrooms, upstairs bedroom and in the living room. There’s a vacuum cleaner so I used it to get rid of the hair. Also, be prepare to take and extra trip to the store and spend extra cash on basic supplies such as soap, shampoo, coffee, coffee filters etc. there was a tiny bottle of dish soap, 2 bags for trash, tiny bar soaps in the bathroom . No condiments either. I hope they do consider in the future to provide these extras for their guests. When you’re either on vacation or on a business trip the last thing you want to be doing is shopping

The Outer Banks has been our vacation destination for the past 12 years. While we didn't stay in Duck until this year let me tell you that this doggo friendly homes was one of the best we have been in! Starting with the deck that gives views of both ocean and sound to the open floor plan on the 3rd floor allowing hosting to be done and still being part of the group. The bedrooms are top notch and the bathrooms are to be envied. The bottom sitting area allowed time outside even when it rained with a hot tub, games and seating area for all to enjoy. Our doggos lounged in the sun on the top deck making it just as much of a vacation for them as for us. Thank you to village Realty and to the home's owners for sharing their slice of the obx with us!
