DU120: Rx To Relax

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at your place. We had a few small hiccups but the staff responded immediately. The house was very comfortable & nice. I would love to rent it again next year for our family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was as described. Everyone had their own space. It was a few little issues but they were taken care of immediately. The management & staff responded in a timely manner. Iwe as a family would love to come back again. I would give it a ?

10 out of 10 in alll aspects! Loved going during off season, perfect location, perfect beach and the house was amazing. Plenty big enough, we could have had 2-3 more couples come with us and still be comfortable! We were in the hot tub every night! Had a show night with the family the last night and spent lots of time out and about in Duck and surrounding towns! Best sibling trip!

The house itself was very clean, and the bedrooms were all comfy and clean. The only issue we found was the primary bedroom upstairs had a stained comforter. We bring our own when we rent, so it wasn’t a problem but there were several stains on it. The house is very close to the beach, and has a nice size pool. The door handle broke on our last night but maintenance came to fix it for us. Would definitely recommend.

My family (4) and our friends (2) stayed here for a week this May and had the best time! There was enough room that we could have time to ourselves if needed but not too spread out that we felt distant from each other. The location is great — a 5 minute walk to private beach access and a short drive/walk to nearby shops or the sound. Though there were many great restaurants nearby we ate in often and any kitchen appliance we needed was there! Check-in was quick and easy with the keypad and the whole house was very clean when we arrived. The pool, hot tub, patio, and balconies were also great places to hang out! Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. DU120 is the nicest vacation home we have stayed in by far. Village Realty did a fantastic job of keeping us informed on all the coming and going procedures and had the place in perfect order for our stay including the pool and spa which we definitely enjoyed.

Property and house was great. ONLY comment, which is only relevant when you have multiple young kids, is the beach is around 10 Houses away from the beach. If you are looking for directly on the beach, this is about a 5-7 minute walk. Really not bad and overall fantastic location!!! Great house too and was very clean.

This house absolutely has EVERYTHING! There were 9 of us traveling from different areas. 8 adults and 1 “child” (age 11). Each room has its own bathroom and even a bonus one mid-level. The kitchen was well-equipped with all of the cooking essentials & a dining table big enough so we could all enjoy meals together. The pool area is the perfect place to relax! Although this property is not right on the beach, it’s only about a short 7 min walk to get there. And it’s so close to downtown Duck that you can walk - it’s about a 15 min walk. My family and I loved this place & would definitely consider coming back. 10 out of 10 for sure!
