Hostetler is a three bedroom home in Olde Duck Beach that combines nostalgic cottage charm with modern updates. The single level floor plan flows seamlessly, perfect for spending quality time together. The main living area extends to an expansive screened-in porch for bug-free outdoor hangouts and casual dining in the evenings. The spacious master suite at the front of the home is a private retreat that features a shiplap accent wall and tasteful decor for an authentic coastal vibe. A large dedicated laundry room provides additional space for storing your vacation gear.

Hostetler is situated in an ideal location on Olde Duck Road, less than 500 feet to the beach. At sunset, go in the other direction towards Duck Road and use the multi-use path to walk or bike to Sunset Grille & Raw Bar, the Waterfront Shops or Duck Town Park and soundside boardwalk.

The rental on Olde Duck Rd was an amazing location. The beach was fabulous, with minimal crowds and empty to walk on at night. You also could easily walk to the bay side for sunset. The town was also a short walk/bike ride away. The house was small but very nicely decorated and the location made it amazing.

The cottage was absolutely amazing! We were so impressed with how clean, new, and well kept everything felt. Everything we could possibly need was already provided. The cottage was the perfect size for a small group and so well located. Village Realty was great to work with and kept us up to date on everything we needed to know leading up to and throughout the trip. We had a fantastic time and hope to stay again!

This beach bungalow was just as pictured on the website. Clean, updated, and so close to the beach. We loved spending time on the screened in porch, and the outdoor shower was a huge hit. Our family loved this house - from ages 73 to 3, and everyone in between. What a special place!

This place was perfect for our family of 5. It was spacious and the screened in porch area was a favorite for dinners and morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with the comforts of home. It was an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was an added plus for our adult daughter. Our ONLY recommendation would be to get a different couch. It separates easily if you sit between cushions and made it uncomfortable for us to all sit together in the evenings. Otherwise, we would stay here again!
