You'll have plenty of space for outdoor living too, with a sun deck on the front of the house for watching the sunrise and enjoying the ocean breeze, and another on the back of the house overlooking the pool area below. Downstairs, the covered ground level provides plenty of shade along with all the amenities you'll need for a beach vacation, including an outdoor shower, hot tub and grilling area. When you're not at the beach, take advantage of the private pool for around-the-clock fun and relaxation without leaving the house. Beyond the pool is a spacious backyard for playing games or just letting the kids run around.

C And Sky is nestled in the quaint community of Carolina Dunes, located just a mile north of downtown Duck. This peaceful, residential neighborhood provides guests with multiple beach accesses, as well as access to the sound for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. C And Sky is just a short walk to the beach access at the end of Sprigtail Drive, just three lots south of the house.

Cozy, well stocked house right off beach

This house was wonderful! From the well stocked kitchen, to the pool supplies and baby supplies (bed rails, booster seat, sturdy deck gates), this house is well equipped for a family. The dining room only seats 6 but with some manipulating, 2 living room chairs can make it seat 8. The master bedroom is spacious, beach access very close by and the AC works great. The pool and hot tub was great but the decks need work to prevent nails and wood from tearing at your feet or your babies legs. Overall, great house!

The location was amazing, such an easy trip to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. If I were to write down any complaints, they would be very minor :
1. In the pool area, the weeds and overgrowth were coming through the fence around the pool. some of them had some nasty thorns on them.
2. The burners on the oven aren't level. So we almost had a couple occasions of pots w/boiling water or hot food sliding off the stove.

Location, location location! We had four small children with us during the stay, and the walkability and ease of getting on the beach was amazing. The house itself was a little smaller than we were expecting, however, had a good set up with two pairs of bedrooms on either end of the house, separated by the living room and kitchen so there was some privacy. The front deck had nice deck furniture, however, there was absolutely no furniture on the back deck, only a rug. the bedrooms were a little snug, and had minimal dresser space for storing clothes for prolong stays. The pool and a hot tub were amazing, but just be aware there is no shallow end for kids. Would have been nice if there were plastic plates and cups to take down to the pool. Overall, it was a great place primarily due to location.

Our first but not last OBX vacation

We traveled to Duck NC with our 4 and 1 year old and were very happy with the location and the rental property. The pool was great when the kiddos needed a break from the beach and the beach was literally just a few minute walk across the street. Hearing the ocean waves at night from the from porch was just what my husband and I needed after the kids went to bed. The house is as roomy and clean so we had no complaints. We cooked dinner almost every night and prepared lunches for our days outs and the kitchen had everything we needed. Only remarks is to bring extra toilet paper and large trash bags.

We enjoyed this quaint home with our family. It was perfect for four adults and two children. Great location to everything Duck has to offer. It was very clean, which is a top priority for us! We enjoyed being on one level. A quick walk to the beach and the private pool was great. Our only suggestions would be that the home could use a disposal and some plastic plates/cups rather than all glass. We enjoyed the bedrooms being divided by the great room. If each side had a pocket door/or sliding farm style door to close off the two bedrooms and bath from the living area that would add extra privacy. We would definitely consider renting again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
