DU804: Beach House

We took a family vacation of seven people and had plenty of space as well as extra beds if anyone needed them. The house is located on the beach with only a few steps to get over the dunes. The sunrise is amazing. The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their space and not feel overcrowded. The home was located 30 minutes from the right brother memorial and 20 minutes from Corolla. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and things to do with a short drive.
The only downside is the kitchen is a little dated and in general, the house is used. Stains on the floor, etc. However, the home was very clean and it looked more like a stain than something being dirty.
We will definitely stay here again and look forward to our next trip. No issues in renting from this host. Communicated very well and often.

The reason for 4 instead of 5 is that the kitchen could use an upgrade and some new baking and cooking utensils. Overall, we were very, very pleased with the house. The location fabulous. Master bedroom and bath very nice. Upgrades to furniture and paint great. We hope to rent this unit again. Thanks for a GREAT vacation.

The weather was real nice for January for the three days that we were there. They originally said we were supposed to have rain. We definitely lucked out. We already booked another trip to stay in this home. It was clean and we loved being right outside the beach.

The beach house in Duck was a perfect location for our first visit to the Outer Banks. The house was clean, roomy and well stocked for cooking. Minimal paper and cleaning supplies were provided so it would be wise to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing detergent, etc. I would definitely stay at the Beach House again!

The Beach House was clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We loved being right on the beach! My only complaint was the lack of adequate cleaning supplies. We ate in most days and were only given one automatic dishwasher packet and nothing to hand wash the dishes. We ran out of toilet paper completely. I just wish I had known we needed to bring these items with us.

Well located for Corolla and Duck. Incredible ocean view from the deck. Bird life was impressive. Seamless entry, stay and exit with Village Realty.

Amazing views from the deck make for the best morning sunrise and cup of coffee at the beach. Your cares will melt away while you enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Well appointed deck with TREX Pub table and chairs, and there's a screened porch for the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed. But the wet bar made for the most convenient attraction in the living room. Plenty of seating for 9, but there were only 5 of us. Dining room table had 8 places, but there's additional breakfast bar seating we never used. Bedrooms were exactly as described, but the master bath with double shower made the weekend. Great job by the owners and Village Realty for managing our stay.
