Great. Had a couple of issues with alarm going off and smoke detector beeping when we arrived but was corrected right away by maintenance person without any wait. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Property was very nice. Good bedding, well stocked kitchen, nice dining area to seat 16 easily. Great pool and outdoor space. There did seem to be black mold on the air vent in the downstairs bathroom and movie room.

This rental property was better than we even expected! The house is even nicer in real life than in the pictures. The beach access was just a few minute walk from the house. Village realty was super nice to work with and very responsive. We would definitely rent here and with Village Realty again!

The amenities in the house were awesome! So much for entertaining made a great family vacation. There were issues with the dryer making sounds on the second floor and the air conditioning on the third floor. But overall when the issues were presented to Village realty, they were quick to respond and fix the issues. The outside of this house was spectacular. The grill could use a few updates it wasn’t the best but as stated the amenities and location of the house made up for it! Would book again with village realty.

We all enjoyed our stay on the OBX. The house for the most part was just perfect for our family group. We love staying oceanfront but prices have made it difficult for us to afford. Only downfall was beach access being so far away. We have been coming to Nags Head for close to 30 years and we all love it. If you have any suggestions for a similar bed/bath situation oceanfront for next year 2025 please let me know. We definitely need 8 to 9 bedrooms.

This is a gorgeous house so full of fun activities. My family and I so thoroughly enjoyed both the outside pool and hot tub, as well as the Tiki bar with grill, playing shuffleboard, ping pong and corn hole. Indoors we loved the comfortable cinema room, playing billiards, the arcade game, and also using the poker and blackjack tables. Having the downstairs refrigerator and wet bar was an enormous addition. All of the amenities were top notch! We were thrilled with the size of kitchen and selection of conveniences. We loved all of the space in the house from the huge kitchen table for group meals to the quiet living space on the mid-level. This became a temporary office for a couple of members that had to do some telecommunicating. The walk to the beach, only about a block away, made it easy to carry our tents and chairs. With the Sonic so close it was a treat for our kids. Also, groceries and access to the Shopping Center are only 5 minutes away. Thanks for instructions we received on using the various home equipment and area related businesses. We made lifelong memories here.

It was great! Tons of stuff to do for all ages. Poolside is where you want to be, great set up. 2 improvements: The grill has so much grease build up it is going to burn something down, and the speakers for the pool are currently not working. Awesome place either way!

While the inside was wonderful, the real draw was the outside (pool, covered outdoor eating area that provides good shade, shuffle board, ping pong and corn hole). Great for alternative entertainment options.

Great house and the kitchen was wonderful with lots of double items for big groups. Ovens and stove could use a deep clean but the as a whole was great. Not sure if the pool was really heated during our stay but we didn`t ask. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

The house far surpassed our expectations. There was plenty of space to accommodate our family of 18. GREAT amenities for all ages (shuffle board, ping pong, pool table, arcade game, hot tub, pool, theater room, ice machine, and many more). The kitchen was complete with everything required for large group meal preparation. Overall a terrific house and a wonderful week! We are already looking forward to our next visit.

My family and I spent a week vacation here in June 2021. This house checked all our boxes. The backyard pool area is as advertised. Great pool, Tiki Bar, and a ton of room to hang out. The house was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen has double appliances which makes preparing food easy with a large group of people. The location is awesome and just a short walk to the beach. The owner reached out multiple times to ensure we had everything we need and were enjoying our stay. When we do visit Nags Head again this house will for sure be in my thoughts to rent if available. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the OBX.

We had an amazing week at Relax Inn. This home really met all of our needs, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and comfortable. The living room and media room were a big plus with the large screen TV`s and surround sound. The game room was also great with the extra fridge and ice maker, pool table, arcade game the list goes on :). We LOVED the outdoor Tiki Bar, Gas grill, Pool Area, Hot tub, Shuffle Board, Corn Hole and Ping Pong table. We were never bored and never even touched the games we brought with us to play. The owner Michael was wonderful he emailed us shortly after our arrival to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. He also sent us a swag box while we were there with some Tshirts and Hats. Which was really a nice touch. We look forward to our stay next year. I also wanted to mention how wonderful all of the staff at Village Realty are they really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as pleasant and seamless as possible.

We had a terrific vacation at Relax Inn! This gorgeous house is full of fun activities. Our crew had a blast outside in the pool and hot tub, as well as playing shuffleboard and corn hole. Indoors we chilled out in the comfortable cinema room, playing billiards and the arcade game, and also playing poker and blackjack. All of the amenities were top notch! During 15 years of Village Realty house rentals, I’ve never seen a kitchen with a better selection of conveniences. We loved all of the space in the house from the huge kitchen table for group meals to the quiet living space in the mid-level. The walk to the beach was not a problem for our clan, and when we had to carry stuff, we occasionally drove to a nearby access, which was easy breezy. Walking to Sonic was a treat for our kids. Also, groceries and access to the Sound are only 5 minutes away. Thank you for the great memories!!

We stayed at Relax Inn in early May to celebrate my mom’s birthday and my bachelorette party and had an amazing time! With Covid still going on, we felt safe traveling from Maryland to the outer banks to have our own private home for the week. Everyone loved the big kitchen & large dining table. The bedrooms are spacious and the basement level was full of activities to keep us all busy! The ice maker down there was a life saver for all the margaritas we made during the week and the theater room was a big bonus. But the real star of this home is the backyard pool area! We did not want to leave that tiki bar area and even ate a few meals out there. The heated pool was a plus as our week was a little chillier than originally expected but we all floated in the pool all day. We hope to return next May to celebrate my mom turning 60! Relax inn is a great family home!
