Community features include an outdoor pool, boardwalk to beach, fitness room with state-of-the-art cardio equipment, and game room with ping pong table. There is wireless internet access available so you can stay connected. Close to area attractions including wonderful OBX restaurants and shops.

Everything it should be
1. Cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. My wife can get stressed in an untidy environment. This vacation was the most relaxed she has ever been. We will be specifically looking for condos managed by Village Realty for future visits. 2. Parking at this condo is plentiful and easy to get in and out off. 3. Access to the beach is easy (although the pass code to get in and out can be hard to remember) 4. Only negative is that the balcony’s view of the ocean is blocked by the dune. Even with this, and the fact it is over looking the neighbor’s pool it’s surprisingly comfortable to enjoy an evening just talking. We loved our time here.

Everything was as advertised, the condo was just the right size for us. Just wish the view was better and the weather a little warmer . We did enjoy our three days on the beach and exploring the area on our bikes.

We stay here often and as usual this stay was amazing! The condo was clean and comfortable. We appreciated that the owners chose to remove the hot tub and change from streaming services to cable. We'll see y'all again in June!

Great time second year at this property
The only issue we had was we stayed the weekend after the time change and we were on track to check.out early, but the property did not update the time on the locks and we got locked out and hour early as we were loading our car. They resolved the problem.withing 20 minutes or so, but it did hold us up a bit. Other than that one issue though it is a great property in a great location. Can't beat it.

Clean, very nice unit. Access to the beach is located on the first floor so it was very convenient. The bed was a little hard, some kind of mattress topper may be a nice addition.

It was a very nice setup from the location to the interior of the rental. Nice stay. The bed was really firm. Overall it was a nice vacation.

We had a superb stay for three weeks in Unit 102 from May 4 to May 25 , 2019 ... The condo was extremely well equipped and very clean ...... We are already planning our next trip to the Outer Banks , and we are looking forward to staying in Unit 102 again ... Thank You for our wonderful vacation ... ...Jane and J.Y. Monk

We stay here frequently and this time did not disappoint. The unit was exceptionally clean and the new bedroom furniture was amazing. We appreciated the very nice gift basket and beautiful fresh flowers. Thank you to all at Village Realty!
