Description

First Flight Retreat 105 is the destination for fun, memories, and relaxation. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo is located on the first floor so you are just steps away from the community pool, beach access, game room and fitness center. The living room and dining room lead you to the private oceanfront deck where you are able to enjoy that morning coffee and afternoon beverage in addition to many meals outside while watching the waves. The fully-stocked kitchen has open sight lines to the amazing oceanfront and includes new top-of-the-line appliances. The living room provides guests with comfortable seating. The master bedroom includes a relaxing queen bed and private bath. The guest room has a queen bed and a full bathroom. A stackable washer/dryer is provided just off the kitchen. First Flight Retreat is equipped with Wi-Fi throughout the building for the technology-minded.

Can’t stay an entire week? Introducing Stay Your Way by Village Realty, offering short stays and flexible arrival/departure options for those who like to plan ahead. Homes in the Stay Your Way program allow partial week stays (three-night minimum) to be reserved months in advance, and guests can choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out. No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We had some trouble with the keyless keypad not accepting the code we were given. Although it delayed us being able to get into the unit, the team from Village Realty was exceptional in the their response and we had 3 people assisting us, after hours to resolve the situation. The unit was awesome, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice coastal decor and great walkable location. Some instructions for using the four tv remotes would be helpful! The one true negative is the window above the bed in the bedroom by the entrance. Although it has blinds a tremendous amount of light from the hallway still comes in and it lights up the room at night when you are trying to sleep. It could use a room darkening shade or curtain. Overall would highly recommend this place!

Great condo! Decor is tasteful, well stocked. Easy beach access, new pool is nice. This was our second time staying here and plan to stay again in the future. Two notes: right screen door was broken and could use replacement, periodic knocking and dripping sounds throughout the day and night- maybe the pipes but not clear?

OBX mini vacation

Almost everything was perfect about this booking. I did not know until the week of my stay that the pool was not operational as it was being replastered. Everything else was great We could walk to restaurants. The beach was easily accessible. We could see and hear the beach from the porch. Out of your control, there were barking dogs next door during our stay.

We loved staying right on the beach. The walkway to the beach was wonderful! Sitting on the porch in the morning watching the sunrise wad priceless! The only thing that would have been better would have been having the pools open since there were jellyfish in the ocean. I know it is typical in summer

It was a great, clean, and beautiful place, right on the beach. They had brooms to help with our tracked in sand, and everything worked with no issues. We would love to stay there again. I received text and email instructions, but no front door unit code was attached, so we had to call to get the front door code, which was easy. During our stay we ran into the HOA president, and they gave us the beach access door code which is different from your unit door, which we werent provided. Not a huge deal.

BFF getaway

It was just as described. Clean with well stocked kitchen. The elevator and carts were truly a blessing...even if we were on the first floor. I would definitely consider booking this property in the future....maybe next time there won't be a noreaster.

Wonderful stay! The view of the ocean was heavenly, and the dunes made us feel like we had the Outer Banks all to ourselves. Comfortable beds and a well-appointed kitchen were the icing on the cake. Suggestion: add a small side table between the lounge portion of the sofa and the window, and lamps to the living area. We moved bedroom furniture to accomplish this and it made all the difference in the evenings.Note: can opener needs to be replaced
