No issues, love C3. Would like to recommend updating shower heads to hand held sprayers. Also, down type of blankets would be appreciated on the bedding instead of the heavy older bedspreads- Posted: 10/2/2024

GSC3 is a great location with awesome views of the ocean. So relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Village Realty was easy to work with as reservations were made online and keyless entry made arrival/departure a breeze. Condo is nice, though a little outdated, but the view makes it worthwhile.- Posted: 5/15/2024

The condo is an end condo which was nice. it's a long walk for someone who is handicapped to get to the elevator but it was fine. Well appointed and no complaints- Posted: 4/6/2024
The unit is on the beach and, being on the third floor, it has a breathtaking view that is completely unobstructed (by a dune or anything else, for that matter). The unit is very nice. The only issue is that the elevator is so far away that an elderly member of your party is better off just taking their time and getting up the stairs. But I don't recall the ad saying, or even implying, that the elevator is close. In all, the unit is VERY nice and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again (provided that nobody in my group is 86 years old)- Posted: 3/29/2024
