H104S: Heron Cove 104S

Beautiful place. Very spacious. Much larger than I thought it was going to be. The elevator was a must with two 80 year olds.
The only negative is that we were given three different wi-fis with 3 different codes and none of them worked. Because we got in right about the time they closed the day before Thanksgiving, we knew we would not get a response for Thanksgiving but we expected some response on Friday and none was received. Other than that, it was great. The floors are cold in the winter so plan on wearing heavy socks or shoes.
The house is stunning! Very nicely decorated and linens were provided. Furniture was comfortable and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again, I would just verify the WiFi before arrival if the place was closed.

Our first time to Nags Head and the condo was perfect. In the middle of everything and ocean front so we loved walking on the beach in the mornings. LOTS of room and big rooms to accommodate lots of friends and family. Very nicely decorated and the king bed was comfy.

We were so pleased when we walked in. The living space is large. Furniture is comfortable. Elevator was so handy for luggage and my older parents. Nice thick walls it was nice and quiet. Kitchen was well furnished. We want to come back!

The apartment was well-furnished and offered views of the dunes and a pick of the ocean. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Perfect rental for two families that want to share a rental. Essentially two master bedrooms and a kid’s room for the children to share! This condo had everything we needed to enjoy a holiday at the beach! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a lovely stay at Heron Cove, it`s conveniently located and easy to find. Right on the beach, along with a pool you can`t go wrong. It was clean and inviting, we felt right at home. What I liked best was the floor plan, where the bedrooms are on the other side of the kitchen so people can be out in the common areas and no one trying to sleep gets disturbed.

This condo was great! It has all the amenities a family of 4 needed plus some. It’s artfully decorated and has a great beach vibe. Access was a breeze with the keyless entry and the pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach.

Condo was very nice. However, there was a water leak prior to our arrival, reported by another condo resident because the water was leaking thru the floor into the parking area under the building (our condo was on the first level). Maintenance arrived shortly after we checked in and determined it was the water heater and put a fan near the water heater to help floor dry. However, they did not check the bedroom next to the water heater, which had a sopping wet area of carpet. We called maintenance immediately upon discovery of the wet carpet on Saturday but no one came back until Monday to check it out. We also told them that we noticed a small leak in the parking area directly under the master bathtub. We noticed those pipes had been previously taped but a small amount of water was still getting thru whenever we used the tub. They brought an industrial fan on Tuesday for the carpet. By Wednesday, the condo had a strong musty smell. Not sure if they addressed the small leak under the tub. Overall, it was a minor inconvenience for us and did not negatively affect our stay. But the condo is obviously having some pipe issues and we feel like it should have merited a quicker response from maintenance.
