overall S204 was clean, safe, well cared for. the view of ocean is a nice gift! One issue we noted was the toilet in the small bathroom was in need of a new seat. we were not used to the open bath/toilet layout in the big bed room… wish it had a door. the kitchen was well stocked and clean! really liked the overall feel and comfort.

Heron Cove 204S was beautifully appointed throughout, and the new wall-to-wall carpeting was a nice touch. Owner might consider rearranging the living room furniture and adding another couch to afford more seating around the television on rainy days. A chaise lounge on the beachfront deck would be nice. Other than the A/C being too strong in the master bedroom and much too weak in the living room (we called about this, and a Freon shot didn`t seem to resolve the issue), this Unit was perfect for us! Thanks for allowing us to share it with you!

Everything was great except for the high pitch noise from the refrigerator. Other than that, can’t think of anything that would have made the property better

It is an older unit, but the location and layout of the condo was perfect. It is very roomy and comfortable and we loved it. The bathtub in the back bedroom does need to be updated as it is not in good shape. The unit has no supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, liquid dish soap. There is a dollar store close, but it would be nice to know that you need to provide all of that. It had a wonderful deck and view of the ocean. The only downside was that the majority of our stay the deck area was unusable because of construction. You couldn't leave the doors open during the day when they were working because of chemicals being sprayed and dust and then the deck was left full of debris in the evening. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the Outer Banks.

The process of booking and the details during the stay was easy, uncomplicated, and enjoyable. This is a nice property with ocean views. The building (as with most facing the ocean) is dated. However, everything works as promised.
