This house and location were fantastic! We had a large family group that was able to make beautiful memories to last a lifetime! The house was clean, big, beautiful and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom allowing for each family to have their own privacy! The kitchen was well stocked. The ice machine was a huge plus! The pool, jacuzzi and game room were amazing amenities for the adults and kids! Was able to walk to the beach with all the beach necessities with a good beach cart! We would absolutely return! It was a beautiful family trip! Thank you ??

We recently stayed at The Grey Pearl house in Salvo, NC, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the property. The house is beautifully decorated with a coastal theme that immediately made us feel relaxed and on vacation. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the stunning ocean views and soothing sounds of the waves every day. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for our entire group to spread out and enjoy. We especially loved the outdoor area with the pool and hot tub, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The hosts and Village Realty were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches and local recommendations. Overall, The Grey Pearl exceeded our expectations in every way. The beach house was everything we could have asked for and more. It was spacious enough to accommodate our large family, with plenty of room for everyone to gather and socialize. At the same time, there were also quiet nooks and private areas for individuals to retreat and relax. The outdoor amenities were equally impressive. The pool and hot tub were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing refreshing alternatives to the beach. Even though the beach was a short walk away, it was easily accessible and never felt crowded, even during the holiday weekend. It felt like we had our own private beach. The kitchen was well adorned, with ample counter space and good appliances. There was even enough room for multiple people to gather around the island, making it the perfect spot for cooking meals and sharing stories. Overall, our stay at the beach house was great. We would not hesitate to rent it again in the future. It provided the perfect backdrop for our family vacation.

This was a great place to stay. Still needs a little work since it is new. Need to add chairs to each deck and I would recommend a pull out sofa on the top floor.

This home was lovely! We enjoyed how new and fresh everything was. It was easy and we loved meeting up with family from across the country here in the beautiful OBX! NOTE: Because this home is so new...it is missing a few things that we are sure they will add with time..but other than that...it was PERFECT!
