This house has everything you need, my family loved it! In fact, we spent a day just enjoying all the house had to offer, and didn’t go to the beach that day. The beach is just a short walk away, even my 81 year old mom thought it was convenient. Looking forward to staying there again next summer and more summers to come.

House was great. Had a few little issues but not vacation ruining issues :). Pool was perfect sized. Bed were big and comfy. We were sad to leave for sure.

Great Beach vacation house! Plenty of room for the whole family without feeling like we are on top of each other. The house is kept in great shape and well stocked with all the essentials. We have stayed in the same house 6 years in a row and have already booked next year. We feel like its our own beach house!!

Beach house is spacious with an open layout and charming features like a swing on the deck and loft/captains watch. The little ones loved running on the grass and playing on the ark playground. Only one refrigerator, which made food storage tight. Nice stroll to get to the beach.

A beautiful house for a large family. We came with 3 children and 5 adults. The house is fully equipped for a great week. The pool and back yard are perfect for your family. The pictures and layout are exactly what you think they are. Only downside is the refrigerator space. There is only one full size fridge. (one mini in the basement) that requires daily trips to the store. We loved our stay and will be back!

Our entire family greatly enjoyed this house. It had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. All the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The water pressure/heat was incredible in every bathroom so there was never a concern about people showering at the same time. The kids loved the pirate ship playhouse and the heated pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. We had a little trouble with the televisions, as the upstairs TV kept randomly turning itself off. There was plenty of parking spaces available in the driveway. It was only a two block walk to get to the beach and there were beautiful ocean views on the upper levels. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would absolutely return here.

The location was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for! The house was as described, spacious, and tidy. We all loved the heated pool and hot tub, it was utilized frequently by everyone in our group. We will definitely be back next year for our annual trip!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Avalon. The home is very spacious and comfortable. The location is great and beach access is a breeze with the paved walkway down the street a little ways. The home was clean upon our arrival and the pool and hot tub were clean and perfect! We enjoyed the heated pool every single day of our stay except one due to weather. The house is close to shopping, dining and easy beach access. This home did not have a hairdryer, so make sure you bring one if you need it. There were also no bowls with lids for food storage, so plan accordingly. The only thing I did not care for was the complete disorganization of the kitchen cabinets. I would also recommend that extra batteries are stored in the home for guests because not a single cable TV remote worked at all in the house (for any TV). Other than that, we had a great time and we would rent this home again if we had the chance.

The house was just as the pictures on line show! It was absolutely beautiful and had great views of the ocean. Only a short walk to the beach. You`re right behind a local icecream shop which is nice for dessert at night! Spacious rooms and yard was a bonus for kids to play in and for having cornhole. I did wish that we could have found a dust pan to use in the house to sweep up sand, and never could get the stereo system to work correctly upstairs or outside, pool lights didn`t work either, and master bedroom sliding door was almost impossible to open, but these were minor issues that were overlooked considering all the fun we had! I`d love to come back and stay here again!!
