Lovely home with great amenities, a beautiful view, and a convenient location. Plenty of room for multiple families. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking. We loved everything and would like to book it again. As much as we enjoyed our week, nothing is perfect so I would mention just a couple of things to take note of/be prepared for: first, we experienced the green tinting from the chlorine as another reviewer noted; and secondly, it is a dog-friendly home (yay!) but the front yard's grass isn't thick and has some sand spurs which is no fun for furry friends; and there's no backyard grass, so we mostly took them to the beach and that's a bit of a hike even though there is a walkway.- Posted: 9/1/2023

Our stay was pretty amazing. Even with a hurricane hitting at FL, so we received tropical storm rain and winds for several days. We cannot control the weather but we weren’t able to do much for 2 days of the trip.- Posted: 9/1/2023

Great house, great location, very clean! Fully stocked kitchen -- had everything you needed! Love the large deck on the house and the beautiful view! We booked again for next year . . . can't wait to come back! FYI: We had an issue with the pool due to the chlorine level being too high -- turned some things green (like my sister-in-laws hair, bathing suits with white, brother-in-laws skin had a green tint). Not anyone's fault, guessing that rentals have to keep levels high. Also, the first day we had an issue with getting hot water in three of the showers, we think some of the valves could be installed wrong -- we eventually figured out how to get hot water but felt bad because we had to call for maintenance and I know that costs the owners money.- Posted: 8/1/2023

Spacious, well appointed beach house with a delightful heated pool, numerous decks to view the ocean/dune! Everyone had plenty of personal space plus a huge great room/kitchen to gather in. This home has everything you need to cook meals, play on the beach and visit with each other. All you need is your sunscreen and swim suit! We had an amazing week at this house. The location was perfect... close to activities and grocery store, within walking distance of fun coffee shops, ice-cream places, and shops, and great place on the beach. We relaxed by the ocean, caught lots of fish, had nice dinners in the house, and enjoyed wonderful family time. The house was beautiful and well stocked with all we needed. LOVED the two refrigerators and dishwashers in the kitchen and two washing machines and dryers on ground floor. We have been coming to OBX for almost 2 decades staying from Nags Head to Corolla and this might have been our best week to date.- Posted: 7/11/2023

The house was fantastic and you can't beat the location. We had more than enough room for everyone and the multiple everything (fridges, dishwashers, laundry) was super helpful. And you can't beat the view from the deck, pool, hot tub, boardwalk to the beach, etc.- Posted: 4/1/2023
