Sandy Bottoms is located on the oceanside with a spacious enclosed backyard which makes it perfect if you are bringing your pet. This beautiful home offers you a private pool and hot tub and a Tiki bar for all that outdoor fun! Indoor fun in the rec room lets everyone join in a game of pool. The great room on the top level has room for everyone to enjoy some time together for delicious dinners prepared in the well-equipped kitchen or just relax and watch your favorite movies in the living area. Ample covered and sun decks give you space to enjoy a favorite book and beverage! Hugh fenced in backyard for pets!

The public beach access is just a short walk and you are close to many local restaurants, shops and outdoor activities.

House was great location and clean. However there were no screens on the windows or sliding door. It would have been nice to open some windows and listen to the ocean at night. Other than that no issues at all.

The house was just a short walk to the public beach access. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard grilling and in the pool/hot tub. The house itself comfortably fit our group of 10.

We loved the house. Perfect size for my extended family of 16. Pool and hot tub were a great feature and it got a lot of use. Had everything we needed for the kitchen to cook meals. Wish the Grill was bigger. Beds were comfortable and all the linens were very clean. Would stay here again.

Loved the decor and cleanliness, the table lager enough to fit all guests for meals also the fenced in back yard for our beloved dog and the corn hole boards

We have been renting in the Outer Banks for over 20 years and this house is definitely a favorite. The pool and hot tub were awesome and able to accommodate our group with ease. The large yard was great for our dogs to be able to enjoy their vacation. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean. We enjoyed being able to all sit together for dinner at the large table. The ocean views are phenomenal from the living room and the upstairs deck. We would stay here again. 5 stars for everything.
