Description
Kimberly's Kottage has everything you will need for your OBX vacation. Enjoy your own private pool with expansive deck space for sunbathing or cool off under the gazebo. The large fenced in yard is a great place for outdoor games. The beach is just a short walk away with two beach accesses available to you, to the north is the Curlew St access and to the south is the Hollowell Street access. The reverse floor plan is perfect as it offers the living, dining, and kitchen on the top level where you can enjoy your favorite movies, and delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. What better way to start your day than enjoying your morning coffee or tea from the top-level sun deck as the sun rises. The lower level den/rec room is a great place to hang out to watch TV or play a game of foosball, plus there is a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. Spacious covered decks give you the shade you need to relax and read your favorite books.
Located in a great neighborhood where you can walk, run or ride a bike. You are close to many great local restaurants, unique shops, and outdoor activities.

Nice house in a t location. The rooms were very comfortable and the pool was large and very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. I wish there were TV`s in all the bedrooms and that all could get local stations and cartoon network for the kids.- Posted: 7/11/2023

Beautiful house. Well stocked kitchen. Our family had a great week in Nags Head although it was the first year our 7 that we had 3 days of rain. It was bound to happen sooner or later. The pool and yard area are wonderful. Having the gas grill under the gazebo in the yard was nice. Looking forward to staying at this house in 2022. Our family found Kimberly’s Cottage after our original house we were booked in was sold. We loved everything about this property especially the pool and spacious back yard. The owners have a wagon and other beach items in a lower level storage area and allow you to use these items. Only a short walk to the beach which takes about five minutes or so. We have already booked this property for next year and highly recommend. It is obvious the owners care about this beach house by the way it is decorated and maintained.- Posted: 7/1/2021

We loved our stay at Kimberly’s Kottage! It was a short walk to the beach and had a great pool that was more and more shaded as the afternoon went on. It also had a great yard for the kids to run around in! They recently did updates to the flooring in May (now mostly hard floor, which I love) and new decor— it looks great! The beds were very comfortable— best sleep we’ve gotten in a long time. Would definitely stay again!- Posted: 6/1/2020
