This house was terrific for our extended family of 9...5 adults and 3 kids, aged 7, 5 and 4. The house was beautiful and beautifully decorated. We greatly enjoyed the pool and various decks. Everything worked great, beds were comfortable and the view was good, too. We even saw a deer wandering in the back yard one afternoon. A couple minor things...the blinds seem to be an issue. They were all there; a couple had missing or broken wands, so we just raised them when we wanted light in. The 3rd floor Master gets pretty light pretty early, so if you`re a light sleeper you may want eye shades, which we had and used. We were unsure if there were beach chairs available (we had brought our own, so no big deal) but we discovered after a couple of days there is a storage room off the garage with everything you could need. The key to it is on the first floor hanging up on the wall. Overall we had a really good time and would definitely recommend the house.- Posted: 7/11/2023

our family had a awesome week at the obx. We enjoyed the cottage pool and hot tub. The trail to the beach was really nice very short walk back and forth. We had a couple of issues with the coffee maker and blinds. The tv in the living room also but everything was handle quickly . The maintenance man was very nice and even helped one of our guess with her luggage. My advised is to have the carpets cleaned, kitchen cookware , silverware, updated. the cleaning crew I feel just did a quick sweep thru the cottage and not cleaned like it should have been. Overall a great cottage meet our needs and we booked for next year.staff at village realty were very kind and helpful, see ya in 2020- Posted: 7/11/2023
