location location location!! Oceanfront with beautiful views. The pool was great with tons of sunlight. The home could use some updates. Some of the furniture drawers are hard to open and close. The washer and dryer have seen better days as well. We appreciate the walk in shower and ramps to pool and beach. Very helpful for the grandparents! we loved staying here and already book the same home for next year.

Beautiful house! We enjoyed the large living space for family time. The large top deck with high chairs was perfect for sunrises and coffee or sunsets and drinks. The pool was the perfect size for our group. The house had some wear, but it was to be expected late in the year.

This was the perfect house! The views were amazing! It was stocked with everything we needed for the week. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We chose this house because of the location. It is pretty central to everything. We like to shop and eat out so we were able to do all of that without having to travel very far. The other reason we chose this house was because it was oceanfront and had a pool. We love to look at the beach/ocean but swim in a pool. We definitely will be renting again next year! Thanks so much!

The house was amazing. Perfect size for a few families doing a vacation to OBX together. Right on the beach, with amenities such as a large pool and pool table. Adequate sleeping arrangements, large number of bathrooms, and large commons areas. Great stay and vacation.

Overall a great house! It`s not as new/shiny as some other properties and shows some wear, but you can`t beat the prime oceanfront location. Pros: the large pool and hot tub were great for days when the red "no swimming" flags were up on the beach. The hose on the dune deck and full outdoor bathroom (complete with shower and toilet) by the pool helped reduce sand in the house. Very kid friendly - baby gate, pack n play, and high chair. Plenty of plateware, drinkware, silverware, pots and pans, and casserole dishes. Two standalone ice makers. Cons: ill-fitting door in BR #5, leaky faucets, broken blinds, broken/stuck drawers in fridge and freezer, dead lightbulbs throughout the house, no shade on the pool deck (an umbrella would help. Previous pools we rented were partially shaded by the house). These did not deter from our amazing beach week as they are minor inconveniences that can be easily remedied/repaired. We will definitely keep Whit`s End in mind when we return to the OBX!

We have always been very happy with this house, therefore we give it 5 stars. However, we are rating Village Realty a low score due to the lack of communication in contacting us about a recent policy change that led us to lose this house for next year (after 15 consecutive years).

This house was perfect for our family! It was accessible, which was a necessity, and the location was amazing. Besides having the beautiful ocean in our backyard, we enjoyed using the swimming pool and the hot tub. We also enjoyed the movie room, which we turned into the karaoke room one evening. We really appreciated all that was provided with this house. It had everything.

Nicely appointed...kitchen fully equipped...like having a middle deck...and elevator! Some items needing repair: towel rack in 3rd level half-bath...missing rack in 3rd level MBR near sink Suggestion: new stove top?

The location is perfect! Plenty of space for your entire family! The property manager, Village Reality is amazing! Extremely responsive! It would be nice if the owner of the property had more cleaning supplies and a vacuum to allow for the renter to have quick clean ups if needed. Great space for your family!!
