No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Please Note: Gas fireplace in the living room and firepit in backyard are not available for guest use; Jets in the soaking tub are not operational.

Overall, a really nice rental that is well kept with a great deal of amenities for every member of our family. Our only concerns were the number of ants and lack of toiletries. Otherwise, the location (walking distance to the beach), cleanliness, and privacy made this a great rental.

Only the grill was dirty. Beds and rooms were clean. Pool person came by during the week to check the pool. Clean towels for each bathroom. Customer service helped us enter the property when combination didn't work.
