Get away in the loft to enjoy a morning paper and coffee or in the evenings for a lively card game. Outdoor recreation includes a sand volleyball court and horseshoe pit.

Beautiful home, extremely comfortable beds, well decorated and pool was very clean. Wish the elevator worked to elevate carrying up 3 flights of steps. Tv remotes were tricky but after a few days we got it all sorted out.- Posted: 9/1/2023

Our vacation was very relaxing and comfortable. Our stay at the Blue Moon Property was an excellent experience. It had everything we needed. The beds were pretty comfortable with the exception of the bunk beds. The layout was very nice and the walk to the beach was very convenient. The hot tub was not working to par. The jets were hardly working. I called Village Realty about this and a few other small things and they were a top notch company to deal with. They were very responsive, helpful and professional with any and everything I had to deal with. I have never dealt with a realtor company that was so impressive from beginning to end. Blue Moon was a wonderful rental home for our visit in June 2019. The finishes and decorations in the home were all well done. The prior reviewer mentioned construction next door which has now been completed, so we didn`t experience any issues. The game room was a big hit with our family as was the pool and hot tub. Best of all, in my opinion, was that the beds were comfortable! So often rental homes have uncomfortable beds but that wasn`t the case here. My one suggestion would be to have a better grill. The grill out back was one that would be found at a park which was a bit disappointing. That being said, this house will definitely stay on our family`s list to rent again.- Posted: 7/10/2023

We had a fantastic week at Blue Moon in Nags Head. Many thanks to the Village Realty repair team for coming out to fix the pool table. They were fast and courteous. We were able to use and enjoy all of the extras this home and yard provides such as the horseshoe pit, volleyball net, Margaritaville machine (thanks to a YouTube video), crockpots, Keurig, Hammock swing, hot tub, and DVD/stereo surround sound. I will say there was some frustration when we first arrived because the remote control that is used to work all of the electronics had not been charged or plugged in and a charger wasn’t available despite the full-page typed instructions. Luckily, I had brought a small charger to use on our trip for my son’s headphones, and that charger worked so that we could use the television the next morning after we had arrived. Whew! The beds are very comfortable , and the decor and artwork were beautiful! There is no view, but the artwork and the short, paved walk to the Curlew St. beach access made up for the lack of view. We had a wonderful stay, but I would recommend doing a thorough cleaning of the dryer vent because despite me taking out the lint tray I took three cycles to dry clothes on medium heat. We loved staying in this house, and we hope to be back soon!- Posted: 12/1/2020
