KD31: Sweet Home Carolina

Had a great stay, definitely felt spacious and can sleep more than 8 with all the pullout sofas. (We didn’t actually use them). Loved having pool and hot tub. There was corn hole already at the house.

We had an incredible time on our first trip to the OBX! The weather was cold and cloudy the first few days we were there, but the rental we stayed at had the BEST hot tub and we still had a great time everyday we were there! The rental was so spacious- plenty of room for 3 couples (6 people). We LOVED that each bedroom had a bathroom and a door outside to the deck! Such a beautiful place to stay; I highly recommend!

Loved this place for my best friend’s bachelorette trip! Had a ton of space in the house (definitely can sleep more than 8 people including the 2 pullout couches). All the amenities included in the house were great. Only thing I would say is some of the dishes in the cabinet had some food on them still so just made sure to rewash some of them. House is overall, pretty clean. Love that there is a balcony out of almost all of the rooms! The beach is truly just a walk away, so close!! We loved this place, would definitely book again!

Great time to visit OBX. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Some areas of the house looked tired and dated. The carpet needed to be replaced. We discovered a few issues that needed addressed. Villages responded and took care of these small issues.

We went on a mini vacation with a couple of our kids and grandkids. We loved this place. They had a pool and hot tub. Although the pool wasn’t heated that didn’t bother our granddaughter. She was in it every chance she could. The house was clean and comfortable. Just a block from beach access. When we had a problem with the dishwasher, I reached out and received a response right away and they sent someone to take care of it. I would highly recommend this house. We hadn’t been to the Outer Banks before but will definitely go back.

Sweet Home Carolina was just perfect for us. The house met all of our needs and we had a fabulous vacation. We used the pool and hot tub each day and the proximity to the beach was great. The house felt like home for the week. Thank you!!

Great location! Walking distance to the beach and many eateries in the area, loved that we didnt have to drive everywhere. Home was clean, well maintained and spacious! Plenty of room for our group. This home wouldve been perfect (5) if it had a refrigerator with ice maker and a trash can on the pool level. Home amenities noted there was a Mini fridge but we were not able to locate one? In addition a propane grill would be a bonus, instead of a charcoal grill.

Absolutely beautiful property. Charming, comfortable, spacious and exceptionally clean. the Interior decor is so lovely. Every possible kitchen need was provided (even muffin tins!), lots of puzzles, board games, foosball, TVs etc for rainy day entertainment, but we had perfect weather so we really enjoyed the beach and pool! Hot tub was wonderful, and everyone had fun playing corn-hole. All the bedrooms were comfy... and how nice to have so many full baths! We like to cook and to grill....this rental made that easy. Great location and KDH is so friendly. Highly recommend! This is truly a lovely home and our check-in/check-out experience was a breeze.

This home has everything! Every bedroom was comfortable and the kitchen is vey well equipped. We all loved the pool and hot tub, not to mention the easy walk to the beach! This is a very nice place. Highly recommend to those looking to relax in Kill Devil Hills.
