Very convenient location. Near shops and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space. I received a call after check in to make sure everything was good. Would stay again.

Village Realty staff

The place was everything we expected, just as pictured and described. Very short walk to the public beach access, and the pool was great! Plenty of information and instructions were provided via texts and thru the guest portal online, so we didn’t have any questions or problems and, therefore, didn’t really have any contact with the host.
The checkout procedures did ask that all trash be placed in the outside can and the can left at the end of the driveway, but the can was already at the end of the driveway and overflowing with trash. The trash pickup service came the morning we were leaving but apparently they will not take anything that’s not inside the provided can. So we had to take all our trash and find a dumpster to toss it in. This wasn’t that much of a problem, and didn’t really alter our experience at all. We all had a great time staying here, and would love to visit again!

Weekend at Pinchy's was great. The house was clean and well located for things to do. The house could use another black trash can outside. When we arrived (Saturday) the can was full from the previous renters. Pick wasn't until Monday I believe. When we left the following Saturday, we had filled the trash can up again, leaving it full for the next renters checking in Saturday afternoon. Other than that Pinchy's was great. I would recommend it.

House was very clean! The location was great, we could walk to the beach and any local restaurants and stores. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was very relaxing ? Definitely going to go through Village Reality again.

What a perfect getaway. It was very centrally located. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The outdoor bar area was pretty dirty but, so we decided not to use it. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It was just my husband and myself but, it would be perfect for a family vacation with a big group.

House is beautiful and has everything! The house was very clean with clean linen included. When you arrive do make sure that you check everything out. We needed a new dryer (and got one within a day or two) and a water filter. They were quick to come out. The house lacks nothing and is close to everything. Great vacation. I`m giving four stars instead of five because there was one issue with a man being at the pool pulling weeds when we arrived. I did not expect anyone to be there. Also, he came back twice to pull weeds around the pool in the afternoon. I feel like that should have been done and the pool area ready for us when we got there. The pool itself was ready as well as the hot tub, which was great. I do recommend the house and would stay here again.

Great location and amenities for the price. We had quick access to stores and restaurants, both by vehicle and by walking. The beach was also close enough for walking. The pool and hot tub were great. The main stainless steel outdoor grill wasn't working, so a smaller one was provided, but it wasn't in a well lit location so it was hard to use at night. Besides that, we had a great time and were sad that we had to leave a day early due to an impending tropical storm.

As always Village Realty did not disappoint. Was in contact with us with updates on arrival, the approaching storms and departure. Very quick in responding to questions. The most professional rental group to rent from.

Our family enjoyed our recent stay. The house and pool area were clean and welcoming. There was sufficient space for our family to feel comfortable. The beds were all comfortable, even the pull out couch bed my son chose to utilize. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking if you choose to do so. We only had 1 dish towel provided, could have used at least 1 more but we made due! We had a short walk to the beach. We also walked to a few stores in the immediate area. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Be warned, don’t park on street! My son parked out front to avoid having to juggle cars in driveway and ended up with a parking ticket. Overall we had a great time and would rent again!

House was ready more than 3 hours early and was immaculate. Famile loved the property and its close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Pool was excellent and it was soooo nice to have a gas grill! Easy in, easy out, VERY responsive VR staff (thank you!). See you next summer!

Our vacation was wonderful! The house met all our needs. The living space had ample comfortable seating, the dining area as well. The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs (although we could have used another dish towel or two!). The home was clean upon arrival as was the outdoor area and pool. Although we had no issues during our stay I was confident that if we did communication with Village Realty would be easy as they checked in via text. The check in/checkout process was very easy. Overall a good experience and we would rent again.

This was a great girls weekend getaway! The pool and hot tub are awesome for hanging out at the house and is very convenient walking to the beach and places to eat! I would highly recommend this place.
