It was great! The only negative was the three trash cans were filled to their tops, obviously the rental tenants before us did not take them to the street.

Our stay was wonderful at the house! It was exactly as described and a great place for our family to stay. The walk to the beach was brisk! Be careful in backyard as the grass can be prickly!

We just stayed at Sea a Chance in Outer Banks, and it was awesome. The house is gorgeous, and exactly as it looked in pictures. Village Realty was super responsive when we first got there, we actually went to the wrong house, and they helped us figure out where to go. Would highly recommend this house and Village Realty. We had a great time!

The house was nicely decorated and clean. About a 5-10 min walk from the beach. TV in almost every room.

We would absolutely stay again! The house was great. We had two teenagers and a preteen with us and they loved the game room and short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well throughout the home. The public beach access is a 10 min walk from the home.

My family and I had a great time at their Sea A Chance property! The house was beautiful, spacious, and the process from booking to checkout was seamless and easy. We did encounter an issue with the wifi not working but one call to management was all it took to get this problem remedied and get us back up and running in no time. Great service and great views! We will definitely be renting from them again in the future!

It felt as though we maybe have been the first group to stay here since it was renovated. The space was very nicely updated and clean. We stayed for NYE weekend and this house suited our needs well. Short walk to the beach access across the highway, and close to grocery stores. The house was well stocked in the kitchen with gadgets. Would definitely come back!
