Great location on the beach road. Very clean with large bedrooms, outdoor shower, and laundry. Since it is managed by a property management company, a few things to note: you must bring your own shampoo, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap (they provide one pod), and we were offered an early check-in....for a fee. The bedrooms are large, and was more space than we needed (just two of us) -- it would be great for a few adults or a family with children. (The compact living room would be tight for more than a few adults.) We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This was an adorable property. It was very well maintained and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and attractions. I would recommend no more than four adults as there are only two bathrooms. It isn’t ideal for small children because of the staircase that is pretty steep leading to the downstairs. A room divider would be a nice addition to the downstairs bedroom since there is no door for privacy.

This place was great on every way, secluded enough yet close to some great spots, clean, spacious, close to the beach, kitchen had a decent amount of supplies to cook with, a grill, washer dryer, 2 entries, great outdoor seating. Such an adorable house for a family of 4. We didn't have any issues with anything.

Absolutely amazing. We have been coming to the OBX for the past 7 years in a row. Normally we have stayed in the kees town homes. This year with the kids being older we wanted to stay closer to the beach and not have to cross 158. We found this little gem and decided to try it out. It was amazing. Small is what others have described but we, a family of 5, found it to be perfect! Your right on va dare and 500 ft from the beach. Long story short it gave our growing children the freedom to go when they wanted and the adults freedom to do as they wanted. We will definitely be coming back to gypsea wind!! Thank you village realty and OBX for another great year!!!!

Great location and super close to the beach. The place was cute and clean. It will be nice to add a door to the downstairs bedroom (something we were unaware of).
