The house was fine for what we needed, but a little outdated. We prefer to cook some meals while in town and the pots/pans were a little dated, so made cooking a bit of a challenge. Location was great, easy walk to the beach, although we weren’t sure if it was ok to walk by the neighbors houses to get to the trail that led to the beach road. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this home to others.

My family and I had a great 4 day trip at this property. When we arrived, we were easily able to self check ourselves in thanks to Villages clear instruction. We were also very impressed with how clean the house was. The location of the house was great due to the 5 minute walk to the beach and variety of restaurants and stores nearby. Definitely would stay here again!

This place was great to stay at and close to the beach. There were 6 of us and it was perfect we each had our own bed and it was very spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub, it is a great feature. We do wish there would have been more toilet paper, between 6 girls, 2 rolls is not nearly enough. Other than that I would definitely recommend staying here!

I enjoyed my stay and really liked the view of the ocean from the top floor. The walk to the ocean is not even 5 minutes. I liked the following aspects of the house: having the Keurig machine, most light-switches were labeled, there are night-lights in the bathrooms, the TV's are Roku TV's, there are separate thermostats for each floor, and the recliner chair is great. The stairs are somewhat narrow, and if you're looking for throw blankets there are some in one of the twin bed bedrooms on the lower level. The hot-tub was so relaxing and easy to use. It was a nice touch of the realty company to gift a reusable tote-bag.

This is a spacious home a quick walk to the beach. We appreciated the equipped kitchen, outdoor shower and washer and dryer. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and we had to wear shoes on the stairs because they were quite worn with something sharp (maybe a staple or a shell piece) that pierced a few of us. The neighborhood was quiet when we were there and we enjoyed several restaurants nearby including Duck Donuts and TRIO restaurant.

We enjoyed being here! We weren’t in the house much, but when we were, it was great. The layout is perfect for the number of people we had. 3 kids, 4 adults are very comfy in this space. Loved it!

Loved it and planning a duel family get together for next year with the same two couples and we each have an older son we want to being. They would love it.

Had everything we needed. Just had to wash towels more than I would of liked since there wasn’t very many towels available and we were there several days.
Loved the sunrises, the hot tub, the available items we needed for the kitchen were all there.

Super close to the beach, 5 minute walk tops. Beds aren't the most comfortable, but there is plenty of room. Had everything we needed. There are a couple walkable places like a local coffee shop, but most places are a 5-10 minute drive. View of the ocean is decent. Good to sit out on deck with a drink an relax. The instructions provided by the host are very detailed and precise which made check-in ad out a breeze.

This was our first trip to the OBX and I see now why so many people love it!! The house was amazing between the spaciousness and views from the balcony, Wow is all we can say!! We loved all the restaurants we went to; Two Roads Tavern, Barefoot Bernie’s, Jolly Roger’s, Arts Place, Sooeys BBQ! Fantastic food!! My twin daughters loved the beach shops so much!! We love the beach so much, We will definitely be back!!

Loved the proximity to the beach, quietness of the street. Wonderfully stocked kitchen. If we had any critique it would be for a few more chairs on the decks. 2 chairs for a house that sleeps 8-10 was a little slim. Overall it was amazing!

We truly enjoyed our stay at kill devil hills. The weather was amazing. The beach was close the house we stayed in was very nice and accommodating. We hope to visit again.

We rented this house for a wedding we attended. We used to live in the Outer Banks so we wanted a house in a central location of the “northern beaches” with close access to the beach and our favorite restaurants and shops. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 kids. The house has amazing ocean view that we were not expecting. Two separate family room areas were great—kids had their space and adults had theirs. Hot tub was serviced while we were there and he put in fresh water for us. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a great stay:)

We had never been to to OBX before (Jersey Shore Gang) and weren’t quite sure what to expect. But the house, neighborhood, and areas nearby were all really great. Plenty to do for anyone. The house was perfect for our group. Can’t say enough good things. Thanks so much!
