KDN9505: Gull Point Too

Very much enjoyed our stay! House was great, very clean. Owner did a fantastic job anticipating visitors needs… from having everything necessary available to labeling the light switches. Definitely would recommend and we plan to use it again next trip.

This place was amazing. We were a family of 5 and it was just enough space for us. We had a one year old, so not having to worry about blocking off steps was great. The place was comfortable and very clean (no bugs, which always worries me the most). You can tell the owner really cares for the place. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house was wonderful! Very modern with new flooring, cabinets, etc. They even gave complementary dish soap, sponge, paper towels, and extra trash bags. The towels and washcloths did leave much to be desired though, as they were very rough. The location was great for the price. It definitely isn’t oceanfront, but is just down the road from countless restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. Very well worth the price paid! My only true complaints were that the floors were very sandy/dirty when we arrived and it was unclear which door to go into. The bottom floor had a locked door with shoes, a shoe rack, and toys outside, so it looked like someone lived there or I was at the wrong place. The unit itself is upstairs, but it wasn’t clearly stated anywhere in the check-in instructions/emails that the rental was the upstairs portion only. Once I figured out where to go, check-in was a breeze and I didn’t see anyone on the property the whole time we were there. I would love to bring my family back!

We stayed for a long weekend of sight seeing. The house was as described, clean and comfortable. Great home base to explore the surrounding area.

Straight 5s across the board for this property, it was everything we expected and then some. Host was very considerate and flexible with us, the house was extremely clean, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Couldn't ask for more, A++

Everything was wonderful about this home . You do get your cardio in by having to go up and down the steps to go into home from outdoors . Had no issues at all .

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. As soon as you enter the house it looks like what you expect at a beach house. The house was clean and well equipped. We didn’t realize there was a gas grill for our use so you may want to update your listing. The beach was a quick ride by car and we appreciated the owner’s note on where to park. The house is centrally located to many attractions. Definitely recommend staying here!
