Easy access to amenities and sites. Little far to walk to the beach across the busiest road. House was amazing and check in service was excellent.

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend (wish it could’ve been longer). Clean, comfortable and short walk to the beach. Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Will return!

This property is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and entertainment. We were beyond impressed with the cleanliness and unkept maintenance of this home.10/10 recommend for your OBX stay.

This house is exactly as it is in the pictures. Super super clean, everything seems to be brand new which was nice. Beds were so comfortable, showers had great pressure which is always a plus. The outside shower was nice to have after a day at the beach. Having the covered area to pull the car under was nice as well. The house is close to everything and a public beach access is just across the street. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings having our coffee before we began our day. Everything needed to cook with was provided in the kitchen which is always a plus as well. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this house to everyone.

Home was just as pictured. Super super clean, everything was brand new, beds were very comfortable, showers worked great with nice water pressure. House was close to everything and it was nice having a covered area to pull the car into. Outside shower was nice to rinse off after a day at the beach.

We loved our stay at Z's Escape in Kill Devil Hills! Communication was great. We received emails with important information and link to Guest Portal which was very helpful. House itself was very clean, spacious and everything we wanted. No issues during our stay. Perfect location for us. We drove to the beach each day and found several parking options. Beautiful beaches and plenty of restaurants. Would vacation here again.

We loved the space and the accommodations provided. Everything was comfortable, just like home! The short walk to the beach was perfect for a family with kids. The only thing we wish would have been provided was a wagon with some beach gear.

The place was perfect for us. Only tiny things were noticed - hair in the shower drain, orange finger prints on shower curtain. Nothing we couldnt live with.

We picked this location for a long weekend at the Outer Banks. The pictures were spot on; the property was the perfect size for our group and the charming decor made us feel immediately at home. The location was also perfect, just off the main road. Would absolutely rent this property again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Z's Escape. This was by far one of the best places we have stayed in. The property was immaculately clean, comfortable, with all the amenities needed, and perfectly located. We really enjoyed relaxing after spending most of the days at the beach. Unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short due to weather but at least we got a few sunny days in the OBX.

We really enjoyed the OuterBanks and Z's Retreat. It was very clean, beds were very comfortable and just the right amount of room for the 4 of us. It would have been nice to have beach chairs for us to use instead of having the extra expense of purchasing or renting them. Other beach locations we have rented have had all beach equipment for us. But we would rent this place again if traveling to OBX.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Z’s Escape immensely. The house was in great condition and was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, and appliances appeared to be new. The kitchen was well stocked, and linens were provided. We loved the interior decorations. We could tell the owners really cared about this house and its potential renters. The house was just a short walk from the beach and a short car ride from anything you might want to do. Check-in and check-out were incredibly simple. Village Realty was very accommodating and helpful and made the whole rental process easy, simple, and affordable.

Great house, very clean on arrival and very nicely decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Short drive to beach. Only downside is that you have to cross the major road and the private parking lot that was supposed to be available to us was full 2 of the 4 days requiring us to look for paid parking. Was still a good location close to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. Would definitely stay there again.

Visited Area for 4 night girls golf. House was clean, kitchen well equipped. The 3 bedrooms are on same level as kitchen. Which we liked. The VRBO listing did not have pictures of bathrooms. One is in Main bedroom. The 2nd is in hallway.

Wonderful stay at Z`s Escape. Beautifully decorated with all the modern conveniences ! Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I did a daily walk to the beach from the house and it was a direct and short route. Recommend without a doubt!

Nice, new property, very clean. Thought from the pictures it might be a little closer to the ocean, but there is a private parking lot next to the beach. The only odd thing were the cable stations, but there is a DVD player so bring movies.

This was our first time to the OBX and the location was perfect. The house was very clean and the area was quiet. I felt at home as well. I would recommend this property to those who are visiting the area.
