We had a great time at this beachfront home. The home is older, but was comfortable. It had upstairs and downstairs HVAC controls that were independent. The ocean was visible best from the upper deck due to the large dune in front of the house. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We were there in November so it was a chilly and windy weekend. The kitchen was well-equipped, but we would have preferred stainless steel pots and pans instead of the non-stick varieties that were present, as we were not sure if they had PFAS as a component. There was a good knife selection but all the knives were very dull. A knife sharpener would be a great addition to the kitchen. Overall, we had a very restful weekend. The house is well located near all the sites of the upper Outer Banks, including the Wright Brothers Museum, the nice town of Duck and the wild horses of Corolla.

We actually enjoyed ourselves so much if it was available, we would have extended our stay..
It advertises as 2 baths, but actually has 4 total-
( 2 full PLUS 2 half baths). We will be back.

Wonderful spot for a week at the beach. perfect for our pups with quick access to the water. restaurants nearby were all wonderful. the dog park 5 min down the road was part of our daily routine. Such a wonderful and quiet beachfront home to stay.

Location, location, location!

Great oceanfront location, close to OBX attractions and restaurants. Nice views from two covered decks. Roomy bedrooms, but living/dining area could feel cramped with 8 people (spread out on the deck).

Beautiful home and a perfect location!

We just did a four night couples trip-6 of us. The house was perfect for us. You can’t beat the location!!! You are right on the beach! We parked three cars there, any more than that would be pushing it. The beds were comfy, and kitchen had everything we needed. Great layout for lounging on the main level. There is only one shower upstairs, but it didn’t seem to be much of a problem- you absolutely cannot beat the price of this rental, we can’t wait to come back!!!
