House was great, location great, view great, carpet had stains on it, wifi was unusable, unable to get connected on top floor, had to do some work but laptop would not connect. Check in and out is very easy, house is well equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay in Surf’s Up. Great location, awesome views, and convenient beach access. The fenced yard is perfect for pets. Nice game room and hot tub. Stores and restaurants nearby. It was clean, comfortable, and Village Realty customer service is second to none. We had a great trip and hope to return soon!

We had a great stay at Surf's up. The things that were most liked about the house are the ocean view from the top deck, the hot tub, spacious and well stocked kitchen, pet friendly, and distance to the beach.

We had such a wonderful week at Surfs up! A perfect place for family to gather. The house was great! Hot Tub awesome! Such a clean well kept home, we hope to return next fall and will be in touch for this property or another that VR manages. The location was great, and the view, well beyond perfect. Thank you!

Great location and views of the beach! House was well stocked with clean kitchen supplies and brand new beach gear such as chairs, sturdy umbrella, and even boogie boards. Plenty of space for 8 of us plus dog!

We enjoyed our stay at Surfs Up. House was very clean and comfortable. There wasn’t enough silverware to accommodate the number of people we had staying with us, but that was quickly rectified with a phone call to Village Realty. The grass in the back yard had not been cut and was quite long but, again, quickly rectified with a phone call. Location was perfect. Hot tub was a definite “plus”. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the house is perfect - what a great ocean view! The house was spacious and beautifully furnished. It was also very clean - which we appreciated. The kitchen could use some more items - not enough silverware utensils and no steak knives at all.

The rental was clean and well stocked. This is one of the first places I stayed where it had all the kitchen tools needed for our stay. We really enjoyed our stay in Nags Head and Sandy Bottoms was perfect for our family and pups. We will definitely be planning to come back.

We have stayed in many vacation homes in the Outer Banks NC but have found that when we rented with Village Realty the rental home is above and beyond what we expected! They are super clean, linens are provided, with their rentals and best of all the BEDS Are Made when you ARRIVE!! The staff is professional, friendly, accommodating, and an absolute joy to work with. We won`t rent from anywhere else for our Outer Banks vacation rentals! Try renting from Village Realty the next time you plan your Outer Banks Vacation you`ll be glad you DID!! Thanks Village Realty

Having the ocean as your next door neighbor is absolutely the way to wake up. We loved this place and watching the ocean from the top floor of the house made our trip. We went in winter and there were still some nice days to enjoy both the beach and easy access to the dunes - much better when it's a nice cool day. This house was easy to get to and comfortable for the family.

Had a wonderful stay here! Very nice hot tub, beautiful views from the balcony, very quick walk to beach, central location in Kitty Hawk that made it nice for day trips. Tons of outside toys, games, movies, ping pong. Honestly have zero complaints about this place!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surf’s Up. My interactions with Village Realty were professional and provided excellent customer service. The home was clean, organized, provided unbelievable amenities and we would highly recommend other families or large groups to stay.
