This three bedroom, two bath home includes numerous amenities like; hot tub on the upper deck, WiFi, Keurig brewer, flat screen TVs, Blu-Ray player and DVD players.
In season, take advantage of the Village Beach Club access. An Oceanfront pool club with a private beach access. Take a dip in the large lifeguarded pool; splash with little ones in the kiddie pool; dry off on the sun deck; reenergize with lunch at the snack bar, and finish the day with a cocktail under the canopy.
Community features include two soundside piers where you can take in gorgeous sunsets over the water!
Non-smoking. No pets. Ask about our Military discount.

We had a great trip! Some things I would have liked to have known, that may be helpful: There is an outdoor shower which was awesome The beach access was super easy and always had available spots right by the pool The pool was a big hit and made renting the unit super worth it We loved the bay sunset views The beds were comfortable The unit was very clean The only recommendations would be a new hot tub cover and dishwasher This was a fantastic stay and a good value for what we paid- Posted: 7/13/2024

We have stayed in 4 houses of this same design on the same street - it's a perfect size for me, my 2 adult sons & daughter-in-law. Some owners have a bit more 'flair' in their decor and obvious care for pride in their property. This one was somewhere in the middle - we would rent it again- Posted: 6/1/2023

Nice place

Beach Stay
It was great. A couple things (1) Need a hand railing from front steps to entrance. (2) A hand railing to get out of the hot tub. Dish washer needs to be replaced. My husband fell when exiting the hot tub & we spent 7 hours in the ER. We loved the Village Beach Club, included in our stay.- Posted: 7/7/2022

I’ve been coming to the OBX since a child and hands down this is top 5 of my favorite places we’ve stayed. It was cozy and up to date. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a great at the end of days on the beach. Location was fantastic such a short drive to everything. Only con would be the cleaning on arrival could of been a bit more detailed. We will stay again! ThankYou village!- Posted: 6/1/2021
