Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Linkside community in the Village at Nags Head, Always Chill is a lovingly cared for three-bedroom home that combines the best in comfort and convenience. Two levels of decking overlook the golf course and are westward facing for incredible sunset views. The reverse floor plan features a top-level great room with a casual, open-concept layout, vaulted ceilings and LVP flooring. The primary bedroom is located on its own level with an updated ensuite bathroom and access to a private covered deck. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath on the mid-level will comfortably accommodate family and friends. After a day at the beach or exploring Nags Head, come home and unwind with a relaxing soak in the hot tub.
Guests will have access to the Village Beach Club from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and on weekends during May and September. Amenities include an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, lifeguarded beach access, restroom and shower facilities, tennis courts, and a snack bar/cafe with a full-service bar that also serves lunch. The Village Beach Club is a one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a full day of fun in the sun for the entire family.

This cottage is one of a small number of houses that feature exclusive golfing discounts at the championship level Nags Head Golf Links, with stunning scenery and challenging play for golfers of all skill levels. Spring and fall are especially ideal at the course named “among the most beautiful in the Eastern US” by Golf Digest. Tee up a memorable vacation!
Located at Milepost 14 in Nags Head, Always Chill is situated halfway between Jockey's Ridge State Park and Jennette's Pier. You'll be just a short walk to the Outer Banks Mall, which includes grocery stores, home decor and boutique shopping, plus a variety of dining and take-out options.

Our house was just the right size for my husband and I and I was glad it allowed a short stay rental. The only issue we had was with the WIFI and watching Netflix in the evening. Every night it went out and we were unable to stream it.- Posted: 9/27/2024

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Always Chill condo in Nags Head. The location on a quiet culdesac on the Nags Head Golf course and the amenities provided exceeded our expectations The condo was lovely, cozy and clean, and the beds very comfortable. Great spot to clear your mind & “ chill “. Superb location just off the 13th fairway with a peek of the sound. Hot tub on the upper deck provides amazing stargazing. Food Lion & several restaurants within easy walking distance. Beach Club was still undergoing renovations, but it is literally a 3-minute drive & looks like the place to spend lazy Summer days.
