The home was immaculate and in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with all needed utensils and pans. An amazing bonus was the new Weber gas grill!! I love to cook on the grill for my family and this grill was perfect!!! The bedrooms were large, spacious and clean. The bathrooms were very clean. The pool and spa were a welcome addition to an already great home. The Currituck Club neighborhood allowed for quiet, safe walks each morning. Would I stay at this house again? Yes!

Our family has stayed here five times - the most we've stayed in any single property on OBX. The property is alway well maintained, well equipped, and has the right combination of seclusion and easy access to everything. The house is also right-sized for our family of four. Very much appreciate the easy walking distance to beach access. The only suggestion I would have would be to include more standard sized spoons in the sliverware drawer. I realize that this may seem like a nitpick, but please understand that this is really the only thing that comes to mind as a suggested improvement. Overall, I sincerely appreciate the attention to detail that the owners continue to provide on this property, and thank them for sharing it with guests like us.

The chicken necks and Canadian night crawlers left in the downstairs refrigerator made for a great dinner on Monday night. (Just kidding no problem). The only observation that I'm just giving a heads up on is that the platform holding the pool filter is rotting and will collapse soon. We had a shower drain issue that was taken care of the same day (once again no big deal and your maintenance guy was very professional...he is an asset to your company) When we come back to OBX again (next year) we will use Village Realty again.

Very nice clean house . Enjoyed the po and hot tub The trolley service was great. Nice cal de sac neighborhood .Discounts at restaurants was nice. Would definitely rent this rental again.

Proximity to the beach was convenient, we walked there several times during the week. Pool and hot tub were just right. Pool table is a fun way to spend time with teens and adults. The bikes were a nice touch. The house was comfortable for the 4 of us. We also enjoyed board game selection and smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon, but no access to ESPN and other sports channels was disappointing. Kitchen was well equipped, it could use a few items, such as: cutting board, pizza cutter and ice cream scoop. Overall, a pleasant stay.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay in this home. It was the perfect size for our group of four. Location is pretty much ideal from a beach access standpoint...although there were plenty of trolleys running, we opted to walk to the beach instead. The home is very clean and well maintained. I feel that there`s a pride of ownership in this property that comes across in unexpected ways; there are "nice touches" throughout. Labeled light switches, multiple outdoor towel hangers, a painted brick in the garage that`s there just to keep the back door from closing in the wind.....to list them all here would seem mundane, but having rented frequently on OBX, I can say that these little things added up to a big impression with our group. We would absolutely rent this home again.
