Heron's Nest is the perfect place to relax and have fun. Enjoy your own private pool and hot tub or venture out to the great amenities that the Currituck Club offers. The Magnolia Bay is a quiet neighborhood where you can walk, run or ride a bike. Close to many great restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly activities.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Ask about our Military Discount.

We were very pleased with our stay at Herons Nest in Magnolia Bay. Village Realty was easy to work with, the house was very clean, and the area was gorgeous. We left behind an iPad and they allowed us to speak directly to housekeeping and a nice lady, Mary, ensured she tracked it down and will be delivering to my daughter in another part of Nags Head. We will use Village Realty again.

Great location! Nicely furnished. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hope to stay here again next year. Operating the tv was somewhat of a challenge, even for the young people.

We had a wonderful week at the Heron`s Nest- The pool was great after a day at the beach, and the hot tub was quite relaxing... The kitchen & living areas were roomy and updated too. What a great house! Plenty of room for our family (of 7)!! We walked to dinner, and were a short drive to the beach, dining, and so much more. I would definitely stay here again!!

The Heron’s Nest was very clean and in a great location. Lots to do in Currituck Club for the kids. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the trolley to the beach and having a private pool and hot tub was an added plus.

This is a great little home on a quiet side street with all the Currituck Club amenities. The trolley to the beach or being close to a public access if you get there early enough in the morning to park on your own, makes the distance to the beach a non-excuse to rent this house. The private pool was perfect for our family of 4 to enjoy in the afternoons and evenings. Plenty of shade in the pool and general patio area by 1pm to enjoy it for a long time during each day.The tile work in the home was gorgeous and every room was spacious enough even if we had a larger group. Plenty of dishes, cups, and silverware to go around. All of the appliances (including the microwave) are quiet that you could run them at any hour and not worry about waking someone up in the house.We had a small issue with some wasps nests on the lower deck at the beginning of our stay that Village Realty got someone to take care of immediately on Sunday.I would encourage other renters to ensure you keep the doors/screens closed, and help to keep “nature” at bay on the outdoor decks during your stay. Some areas of this home inside and out, were losing a battle with bugs when we arrived. We reclaimed many areas as much as we could (vacuumed the vaulted ceiling and broom swept some thick cobwebs and bugs off a few decks), but the front deck off of the kitchen proved too much for a broom and my husband, so we let nature have that area.All in all, a wonderful and relaxing stay with great amenities, thank you for sharing your home with us.
