This was a very comfortable house. The kitchen has all the equipment, pots and pans that we need. The beds were comfortable and it was situated so that it felt like a private oasis with all the trees, tall grasses and pond. We really enjoyed staying in the OBX. The house we stayed in was beautiful and very comfortable. We felt very relaxed in the house and enjoyed using the hot tub. We did find that the house could have been cleaned a little better. I found hair in the refrigerator and one of the toilets was not cleaned. We only had 2 comforters for 4 beds and had to call for blankets. We also had an issue with the fire alarms going off multiple times in one day. We had to call the fire department to come check the house to make sure nothing was wrong. It took all afternoon to get someone from maintenance to come to the house to check the fire alarms and multiple phone calls to get help in the situation. We were a little upset about this situation because we were stuck at the house till someone came. The maintenance worker told us he was very busy and apologized for the situation. Please let the family know they have a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay.- Posted: 6/30/2023
