Island Time is a newly updated home in the picturesque golf course community of the Village at Nags Head. After a day at the beach, come home and relax in the open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings and LVP flooring. This comfortably furnished living/dining space provides direct access to the deck which faces southwest for abundant sunlight and stunning sunsets. When you're not trying out one of Nags Head's popular restaurants, prepare meals at home in the updated kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom is located on its own level and includes an updated ensuite bath and private sun deck. Two more bedrooms and a second full bath are located downstairs, along with a screened porch that leads out to the secluded backyard with custom stone patio.

Guests at Island Time will have access to the Village Beach Club from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and on weekends during May and September. Amenities include an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, lifeguarded beach access, restroom and shower facilities, pickleball court, and a snack bar/cafe with a full-service bar that also serves lunch. Located less than half a mile from Island Time, the Village Beach Club is a one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a full day of fun in the sun for the entire family.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.

My stay at this property was excellent, although my stay was short, the house was relaxing. They have multiple balconies that you can sit from and just admire the view from the front of the house to the golf course. I always come to nags head twice a year as a family and just have fun. But anyone that stays at this house will not be disappointed when I come back in October for my birthday. I would love to rent this property again.

10/10 We will be back!! This house was CLEAN, comfortable, and convenient!! The pictures are accurate but it’s even nicer in person. The grocery store is 2 mins away and the beach club is right across the street !! Furniture and beds are super comfy and the deck furniture is fabulous!! We hated to leave!
