My family and I had a great time staying at this place in Nags Head. There was a grocery store, restaurants, and other stores we could get to without needing to leave the neighborhood. The place was amazing and suited us perfectly. Would stay here again if I’m ever in Nags Head.

House was one of the cleanest we have rented in OBX. Comfortably furnished , kitchen well stocked. Best view. Would rent again but getting too pricey .

The house and check in/ out were very, very good!! Everything was clean and ready for us. The view and neighborhood was outstanding!! We loved the floor plan — great for sharing for grandparent/ child/grandchildren. The house has very cheery decor too! Easy to live- in floor plan.

The house was spectacular and fit all of our needs. Beautiful views, lots of spaces, and the hot tub was the best part. The kitchen is well stocked, and entire was super clean. Location is great with 4 vehicle parking.
We give this property our highest recommendation, and the host is very communicative.

The house was beautiful. The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room was perfect for a stay with children. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms and every room was nicely decorated and not cluttered. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets and enjoyed the sound view. Great location near tons of restaurants and shops in Nags Head.

This home really met all our needs. However, there was a concern that several of the wood blinds did not have the `wands` attached for `opening & closing`. This was particularly of interest to us in the bedrooms where we had small children sleeping and we were concerned for safety as well as too much light being displayed during sleep hours. A maintenance representative did come by and evaluate situation and brought a supply item that would not work, but never returned to fix the problems. While he was there on his second visit, we mentioned there was `mold` on one of the bathroom shower curtains and he said he would get us 4 more liners for all the baths. He did not return with any new liners. This is a health concern we feel the Owners and Village Realty need to address. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One suggestion for the Owner is to install some `clocks/clock radios` in the Living Room/Kitchen & Bedroom areas so that the Customer might be able to keep track of time better.Thanks.

Living only a few hrs away, we have come to the OBX many times over the yrs...This is by and away our favorite house! The entire rear of he house consists almost entirely of big windows showing the beauty of the Roanoke Sound! Everything in the house is of quality and everything works...Even the mattresses feel great...We will be back!!!

After 20 years of renting through village realty in Nags Head, each year the privilege of the beach club is losing its appeal. As renters of a house whose owner is a member, it is unfair that we are treated so poorly at the beach club! It used to be one amenity that I wouldn’t go without, but after this year, I just don’t care anymore. It’s a true loss for you and for your repeated renters.

We've stayed multiple times at this property and it always works out wonderfully for our family. Had a maintenance issue this year and VR was on top of it promptly and with very little inconvenience.
