Two full-size refrigerators can accommodate all your groceries along with the catch of the day! When you arrive, getting settled will be a breeze using the elevator to send luggage and groceries to the upper levels. A reverse floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room take full advantage of the panoramic ocean views. The open-concept layout can accommodate large gatherings and encourages quality time spent with family and friends. The chef in your group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen overlooking the great room, where they can still socialize and enjoy the view while preparing meals. Everything was amazing!!! Place is beautiful!!ocean and pool wonderful. Dunes a little tough!! 2 negatives. No recycling????? Needs more garbage bins!!! So many people make lots of garbage and need place to put bags!! Also providing cleaning supplies would help us to keep your beautiful place cleaner!!!! You have a beautiful place. Outstanding property!! Over the dune and you’re at the beach. I have stayed at many, many rental properties but never at one with such an array of cooking utensils and kitchen appliances. We used both upstairs refrigerators and dishwashers each night. Each bedroom has its own bath which is an amazing feature when traveling with family! We had an issue with our shower door we realized Sunday morning and it was fixed Monday morning. Village Realty very organized, responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.- Posted: 6/22/2024

There was a fire at the house we originally rented from Twiddy a week before we planned to travel. Twiddy worked to find us a replacement home with Village Realty. The Village Realty team was very helpful, responsive, and saved our vacation! Overall - Sand Pebbles was in great location, and the home had a good layout for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed - plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and serving utensils. The air fryer was great! The pool was on the smaller size, but since we only had 12 people in our group it worked out well. A few things need maintenance: 1. Cuisinart Coffee pot doesn’t work. 2. Grill needs replacing…It was a mess when we arrived, and we cleaned it as best we could. 3. The dryer on the left (older style one) only works on high heat. It does not dry on delicate cycle. 4. We couldn’t use the volleyball court as the grass was poorly maintained and full of clumps of clippings. 5. The hedges at the end of the driveway are very high and make it difficult to see traffic when pulling out of the driveway.- Posted: 9/1/2023
