This property has a great location. The house itself needs some care and maintenance but the beachfront location and its accessibility to Nags Head shops it very hard to beat. Village Realty was good to work with, responsive when needed.- Posted: 9/21/2024

We will absolutely rent this home again. It is wonderful!!! Had a excellent time in this home. Nice to have the pool heated. at this time of the year. Was an excellent place, very spacious, that the kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cooking essentials, love the pool the private walk the beach area was so clean and easy to get to. This was our fourth consecutive year staying at Soleil, and I hope it will be available again for a fifth and for many more years to come. (It is currently for sale.) It has everything for a family vacation -- beautiful oceanfront view, pool for those who prefer not to swim in the ocean (or who just need to rinse off), hot tub, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great "living area," and always very clean and in good condition when we arrive. I must also say a word for Village Realty -- they are the best beach rental company I`ve ever worked with, and I`ve been going to the NC and SC beaches for a long time. It is a completely hassle-free experience dealing with them. Most of the business is conducted via email or text, but when you do have to call and talk to a live person, they are always extremely nice and helpful. As an experienced renter in the Outer Banks. I have used quite a few of the local agencies. Among the best is Village Realty. Although we had a little hiccup in the beginning of our trip, they couldn’t have been more accommodating, and responsive. The house was clean, beautiful inside with gorgeous views! Close to everything. The hot tub was wonderful and beach access was super easy! Parking multiple cars in a long driveway took a little figuring out but nothing to stop me from renting again! We had a wonderful trip with 10 women and all of us had a great time. Thank you.- Posted: 1/1/2023
