The private pool area includes Tiki Bar with pool bathroom access, outdoor shower, grills, outdoor speakers, access to the mid-level hot tub, access to dune deck, and grass area with lounge chairs for sunbathing.

Indoor recreation amenities include a home theater with seating for 12, a poker room, and a fabulous game room/sports bar featuring large flat screen TV, pool table, shuffleboard table, foosball, game room kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, commercial ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and bar and table seating.

The upper level offers a large open area great for family gatherings. A 75" flat screen TV is located in the family room. The main kitchen is fully equipped plus many extras have been added to make vacation meal preparation a breeze. The main kitchen includes a Keurig, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, freezer, microwave, commercial icemaker, 6 burner cook-top, 2 wall ovens and a pantry. The dining room table seats 14, great for large family meals. There is additional bar seating for 6.
